This is the second time l have bought this 12v kettle..The first still works fine, but sadly wiring inside cigarette plug has broken away from solder join.A couple of things have now been improved looking at new cable, with an inline fuse, and what appears to be a stronger cable.I like the automatic cut off on this kettle, rather than one without that can boil dry.Sturdy round base, so doesnt tip or get knocked over easily.A kettle full of water takes about 30-40mins to boil, so don't be in a hurry for a cuppa.Overall l would choose this travel kettle again.

i find this kettle first class it's good quality for money and just right for my camper..
