Part of the Tower range of electrical products. This is a tallish kettle compared to our existing one. We noticed this as soon as we got the box onto the work surface. It is the same water volume as our existing one so simply a different shape. The water filter is removable so washable/cleanable. Not as fast to boil as our existing kettle. We agree with others that the height causes you to pour rather quickly and that can cause spillage. What we did find was that if we fill it to just over half full then pour the result is much cleaner. It is firmly on the base and without a cable so easy to move about. Not a poor kettle but not the best design wise. The 3 year guarantee is a plus.

I tend to go through kettles like there's no tomorrow and although this Tower T10003 kettle does the job, it's not perfect. There's a distinctly cheap feel to this handling this and although the discounted price of £25 is fine, the actual retail price does not reflect this product.The kettle is reasonably quick to boil, it's not the fastest but somewhere in the middle in terms of timing. It does light up blue when you switch this on and pouring the water is relatively straight forward. It is worth noting that the filter is pretty rubbish so you will need to descale this possibly more than you would with more expensive kettles but it does the trick for what it is and doesn't look terrible

We currently have a Brita kettle but the refill cartridges are getting so expensive to replace. I was therefore intrigued to see that this kettle has a washable filter included to prevent limescale. Although the filter is not as sophisticated as the Brita cartridges, obviously, it seems to do the job with regard to improving the taste of the water.I found it poured okay but only if I didn't fill it too much.Boils quite quickly, all that you would expect from a kettle!

A little larger than I would normall use, this Tower jug kettle comes on a black power stand. The kettle lid can be opened via a press switch on the top edge of the handle. When in use the power button on the base of the kettle illuminates blue. I’ve deducted one star as I feel this isn’t the fastest kettle to reach boiling point, and even with only a couple of mug full of water in it, it took over two minutes to complete the job.

Very pleased to finally have a kettle that pours well! - no dripping /leakage from lid or spout when pouring :) Have paid far more for kettles in the past that always dripped & left puddles of water on the worktop.Looks & feels good quality too - Would be happy to buy this model again when the time comes..It is a little noisy boiling, which doesn't bother me..but it may some people.

Nice looking kettle, feels sturdy and looks pretty understated. The silver band at the bottom is a nice stylish touch, and it takes a decent amount of water for anywhere from four to six cups (depending on what size your cups are and how much milk you use).Doesn't take too long to boil either.

Order arrived on time and well packaged. Very pleased indeed with this toaster. Nice looking and matches my other appliances perfectly. I especially like the raised arms for keeping items warm. Good quality and value. Would recommen Thank you.

Pretty pleased with this item and looks very smart only criticism I'd have is that it is quite noisy while heating up. Other than that very good value
