It's not often I'll splash out £80ish on a bottle but I tried a dram of this in a bar and bought a bottle the next day.This whisky is from the island of Mull, the peated version of Tobermory single malt. It provides good value for money compared to the Islay distilleries due to high demand for Islay malts. It has real quality and depth and is a full-on, 'chewy' dram with plenty of sherry and peat influences. There is a savoury, 'meaty' note, but not akin to the sulphur taint sometimes acquired from sherry casks.In my view you won't find a whisky of this age and quality at this RRP price elsewhere, especially in light of recent price rises across the industry.

AMAZING! brought this for my boyfriends birthday, package was delivered before estimated delivery date and was in perfect condition, presentation box is beautiful and I can't wait to give this to my boyfriend

Smokey, slight peat, delicious! I could have done without the wood box, but this one is one of my favorites. If you enjoy a highland whisky, this is one to add to your list to try (I'm sure you'll love it).

What a lovely smooth,slightly peaty, whisky. I took some time over what whisky to treat myself for Christmas. This didn’t disappoint. Every glass is better than the last. Truly sumptuous.
