Apart from the blip on first use, as the steam wasn't operating. The very friendly and helpfulperson at customer services at philips talked me through the process. In the end it just needed the cal clean operation first. Which this didn't tell me in the manual. Now it's a dream. I love it.

The steam output isn’t the best it’s a bit temperamental - sometimes it’s like it hasn’t heat up properly even though I’ve gave it plenty time. Was expecting better from this but overall I do like it and it gets the job done was just expecting more steam.

Product is amazing. so easy to use and quick doing ironing. Would recommend it. Well worth the money. Light weight and easy to use.

Works ok but base unit slips and slides too easily. Needs a non slip base or feet.Construction far too flimsy!
