Comfortable walking shoes that allow my feet to breath and stay dryer (less sweat) compared to Goretex shoes I've had before. I am buying these shoes for the second time. The first pair were from a shoe shop somewhere but this time I'm happy to buy blind on the internet as I know what I'm getting.Four stars because like so many walking shoes and boots the round profile laces look nice but don't stay done up without a double knot or some obscure knot only my wife's granny knew how to tie. I've purchased a pair of flat profile laces separately this time. A normal bow works just fine with these laces.Flat Strong Hiking/Walking Boot Laces Black and Brown 120cm

Superb walking shoes from the Meindl stable. Very well made in a brown nubuck leather, waterproof Goretex lining and so comfortable to walk in. Good ridged sole and wraparound toe bumper make for a strong shoe, and the heel support is excellent too. Removable footbed should you wish to tweak sizing, but the supplied insert was a perfect fit for me (I am a 9, ordered size 9 and found them an excellent fit).Thoroughly recommended as a quality shoe

As always excellent shoes and perfect fit for a wider foot. The order was delivered within 5 days of placing the order. Remarkable in these very different times. This is the third pair of Meindl shoes I have ordered in the last year from this seller. All shoes have been perfect and orders delivered very quickly.

After 6 months of dog walking and a bit of hiking I can say, that's the best shoes I've ever bought. Hardly any wear. Very comfortable. Good grip in every environment. I do thick waxing after which they lose all the nubuck beauty, but leather stays soft and waterproof for couple of months.

A great lightweight, comfortable and grippy walking shoe. Water resistant only but with application of water proofer spray, is certainly splash and rain proof, just don’t immerse or soak them. Stylish too. Light as slippers to me. You can use everyday easily.

Usual Meindl quality. A very comfortable and supportive shoe. As per the Meindl range the shoe is a generous fit without being over large. I find many trainers to be over tight at the toe but that is not the case with these. An excellent buy.
