This was a fun build. Took my 10 year old about 45 minutes to complete. This build, when completed, includes the racing car and a traffic light post. Its a 2 in 1 build, so the racing car can also be converted into a hot rod car. My son is a formula one and hot rods fan so this build was right up his street. Even better, its a pull back car so will move forward unaided when pulled back. Unfortunately. the instructions are only for the racing car and does not include the hot rod version.

I have never been a big fan of the Technic pull backs. With that said, this is a very good use of that. The bugcatcher and flame elements have a loose fit. As this thing scoots across the floor those parts look the part. And the adjustable wheelie bar lets it go straight or pull a wheelstand off the line. Just a matter of how you set it. Very good set for a quick build, and a good use of the pull back motor system.

This is the first type of product (in recent memory) of this kind, in terms of price range too.It was fun to build and even better to play with once built. You do tend to forget how powerful these pull-back mechanisms are. I love the fact you can adjust the back part in order to keep the vehicle grounded or point upwards upon take off.I got it for around £11 on sale, which is an absolute bargain.

My son put this car together and found it a relatively easy task - he really liked how you can measure the parts against real size pictures on the instructions so that you know you have the correct one :-) A few of the parts were a bit tricky to put together but overall a great toy.FUN to make and FUN to play with - I would recommend this cool Lego car. Make it a racing day today!

Me and my 4 year old son built this together. Now I love lego and have models of it. I loved the fact this was advertised as a toy so my son could play with it. The model is great and has pull back wheels. But because it's handled alot when played with to be pulled back it does break up in pieces. Other than that another good model from Lego.

My sons absolutely loved this! I got a video of him I Boxing it but it wouldn’t let me load it. Easy to follow instructions, didn’t take him too long to built. All bits in easy to find separate bags. Great looking when it’s finished and most off all strongly made with top quality materials.

Another Xmas present for my son's. With current situation I decided to start early just in case. I love Lego asmych as my kids and when my son got older I plan to buy more difficult Lego sets. This one will be brilliant for his engineering curiosity. Great set for good price.

This product is very well constructed and very robust.Our 4 year old nephew has played with it a lot and no parts have flew off.For the size of the box the car is surprisingly big when built and there is also another variation to build if you go online.

Bought my grandson this, he loved building this with a little help from dad,as hes only 5, couldnt take his eyes off it, well made,good quality, then zoom it went like a shot..he loves it..bought for a discount price so that was a bonus..

10-year old cousin very impressed and played with a lot. Easy for him to make but nice that it does the trick of wheeling along on the rear wheels for a bit. Shame instructions for design 2 is online and not just in the guide included.

I'm giving 4/5 stars as one piece was missing (it wasn't a big problem)It is a great product and quite easy to build, although 7yr old will need some help, but not a lot.Build it in 1.5 h. Good looking fast car. Nice stickers.

What a great gift for my son, this is his first technics and he loved building it and of course, racing it! We watched a drag race on YouTube so he knew what it was all about - winner!

This is a really cool set got it for my son he loves it he has had it for at least a month now and he still loves it going to get similar sets so he can race them thanks Lego .

This Lego car is fun to build and play with. Kids can easily assemble the car using the instruction booklet. The pull back and release feature works very well and is great fun.
