For a number of years I have created my own Lego Advent Calendars, for my Son, by taking a reasonable size kit and spreading the instructions and pieces over the 24 days to Christmas. The challenge is always to find a good sized kit.This kit is great - enough pieces (over 600) to give something to build everyday.Its getting harder to find good sizes at a reasonable price - but this one fitted the bill perfectly this year

Great little set, with models that are representative of the real equipment that would be used - my toddler loves using using the loader to lift the containers off and on to the lorry. Only thing that could've been done better is the steering mechanism on the loader, which works, but gives quite a large turning circle, especially compared to the real ones.

My 10 yo son got this for Christmas. He loved building it. He built it all on his own. but he is a bit of a lego fanatic. packed well, arrived within expect time and undamaged.

Usual high standard from Lego, it would be better if all the instructions came with it and didn't have to be downloaded from internet

Had a lot of fun building this lego, its challenging enough for my 9 year old and the finished models were a lot of fun to play with.

Bought for our 8yr old lego crazy grandson. He loved it! Its well made, instructions clear & fun to play with.

You can't fail with Lego, my 6 & 8 yr olds both loved building and playing with truck/loader set.

Purchased from Canada... A little more expensive but cheaper than mailing to UK
