There are three scientist figures and their 'workplaces' - well designed, although a little fiddly to put together in parts. I love the dinosaur in particular!It's great to see Lego portraying women in a specialised role instead of on beaches or in dresses. Hopefully it will plant the idea early on, in the minds of both girls and boys, that women are no longer restricted to traditional roles. I hope Lego decide to expand on this.

This is another great set from Lego. My seven year old grandaughter, who is mad keen on science loved it. She really enjoyed building it and she is still playing with it. It is nice to see the female characters included in the set, I imagine in an attempt to encourage girls to develop an interest in science. As a retired Lego product I would expect the price to rise even more, so maybe it could be a good investment.

My 4 year old grand-daughter loves this - one of the few, but hopefully growing number, of lego sets with female characters who have professional/active roles in the lego world. It does make a difference for young girls to see this in their toys.

As much as I hate paying over rrp for anything the joy this gave my biomedical scientist wife was worth every penny. Would be great for any girl or lady with a science love or background

Perhaps not the biggest set for the price, but it is a collector's item and it means more than other Lego sets. Got to love the dinosaur skeleton!

Absolutely brilliant. My daughter noticed straight away that it was 3 female figures doing highly academic roles.

Wish Lego did more products like this showing women in positive roles - ridiculous that it is limited edition
