My daughter is over the moon with this lego set. She's about to turn 4 and loves everything Disney and princess related (she does have an older brother and gets involved in most of his interests too - not trying to gender stereotype her!). She does love her girly toys though and this is a wonderful fairytale style castle set with lots of lovely detail from the classic sleeping beauty story.The main castle is large enough to be impressive but not overly big - about a foot high and fairly narrow (good for finding space on the top of my daughter's very busy toy unit).There's loads of lovely detail on this set, from the lovely ornate window stickers intertwined with thorny rose flower bushes,

With 322 pieces, this Disney Princess Sleeping Beauty’s Fairytale Castle, is aimed at ages 6-12. It comes with Aurora, Maleficent, one of the three good fairies and a little bunny.One of the good things about this set is that you can rearrange the various parts and change the built. So you can use one of the tower pieces to add to either Maleficent’s throne room, or use it for the castle, for example. This really adds to the play value, as you can combine the various pieces and my daughter and niece have even used parts of their Frozen castle to help make new creations (although that has the danger of mixing up the sets and not being able to build the originals again!).That aside,

We have this same castle as a ready made toy for one of our girls, so it was especially good to try it as a Lego kit to assemble a slightly smaller version of what we already had. With multi coloured and multi shaped custom Lego bricks , including characters and personalised accessories (such as hair brushes etc), even stickers to finish off with, this set is a complete journey into fantasy for your creative daughter.Especially helpful is the construction book which page by page shows you in full colour how to assemble the kit.This is remarkable toy and is very good value for money, probably not ideal for a child that wants everything ready built, but from the age of 6 upwards (as recommended by the manufacturer)

An affordable ton of fun for every little girl who loves her Disney and to be honest I've already lost track of the amount of hours that this item has been played with in our house. Not only has my little girl had a ton of fun with it but my other half has also been caught having a play on the qt. Its well made, a nice bit of fun and when you walso work into it the various scenarios of Maleficent taking the castle down for Sleeping Beauty to do her own bob the builder impression (or Felix as has been the case thanks to a Wreck it Ralph marathon) its going to be fun to get other pieces in the various sets to make a true wonder all round.All in a great piece of fun and if it keeps girls of all ages happy,

Aimed at 6-12 year olds, this is a good, fun set of Lego.I'd say even those at the younger end of the age range will have little problems in setting this up (under a little supervision of course).You can build the castle in a number of different ways and there are plenty of moving parts to play around with. You can swap and change inside the castle too which opens up what seems like an infinite amount of possibilities. (it can also be used in conjunction with other sets according to the blurb).It also comes with a handful figures, which all adds to the fun as well.All in all, a nice little set.

Aimed at the younger market, this is a lovely set containing not only your standard Disney princess, but also a fairy and Maleficent. Also a bunny, and why not.The younger of you may need help building this, but as with all Lego, this is a great set which should provide hours of entertainment. One of the best things about this, is the castle is modular, so you can rearrange the rooms to suit your own style; a nice touch, and something that will only serve to increase the lastability of this set.Overall, a great set, and the price is not too bad either.

Bought for my nearly 4 year old daughter as her first lego build. She loved It!It was a straight forward build. The castle divides into sections which can be swapped around which is a really nice feature. She isn't a huge disney fan or a princess fan but I thought it was excellent as a starter to lego and she was very proud at the end.It was fiddly at times for little fingers but nothing to put her off. She loved the idea of following instructions too...instead of just freely building. I also got it at £20 which was fab!

Given the Disney tie-in, this is a great value Lego set (at the current listed price of around 3"5). Instructions are nice and simple and most 6-12 year old children will have little problem putting everything together, even at the younger end of the quoted range. Unlike a lot of movie themed Lego kits, this one offers a bit more adaptability in the main castle construction so more chance for using a bit of imagination to change the end result, not just following set instructions.Recommended.

Purchased as a gift for a 6 year old who likes making, I always buy her crafting gifts so was looking for something she could still make but different from the usual craft kits so thought Lego would be a good alternative.Apparently she really enjoyed making it and her Dad liked helping to!Didn't give 5 stars just because Lego is expensive for how much you get in the box but that's the case wherever you buy it from.

The Lego Princess Sleeping Beauty set is very beautiful. Great for any child. Considering when built the castle is roughly 30cm long. The minifigures look great the build is pretty easy. This looks great in any girls bedroom. My niece was very impressed and wanted one for herself.Looks amazing and you get allot for your money.

A great way for kids to construct and act out the Disney, Sleeping Beauty story. This is quite a complex construction, but my 6 year old enjoyed building it.She learnt to identify the parts and work through the simple instructions. It took about an hour over 2 days, but she stuck with it to see the project to the end.

got when lego had discount on. so glad i decided to get it as its still £30ish everywhere else. this is mainly for my 2 year old whose fave is aurora. my husband, i mean both my girls enjoyed building it and playing with this plus all their other princess lego.

Good fun to build with the little one. Looks very nice and was fairly easy to construct with very easy to follow instructions. Looks like it’ll take ages from the amount of pieces but was no problem. Highly recommended

A lovely disney castle that isnt too complicated to build and the price is really good, would definitely recommend as not only is it a castle but the possibilities of what you can build with this set are endless!!
