Awesome set! It's a pity LEGO discontinued this line. The board design is modular, with rooms and corridors of various shapes and designs, so you can easily create loads of maps. They are beautifully designed and very detailed. The four characters as well as the weapons and items provided are excellent. My only complaint is that the rules are somewhat bare.But this is LEGO! Half the fun is building your own stuff, whether physically, in maps and characters using other Lego bricks you may have around, and editing the house rules, adding more creatures (I added a knight from another set as a boss, and bats as enemies that move towards you). My son played one of the other lego games at school and decided he wanted to spend Christmas money on one. He was very disappointed to find lego are no longer making them. Did some research and everyone seemed to really rate this game, so bought it. It's brilliant. Large enough to keep him interested for a while, but games don't last too long so he gets bored. Love that you can change the layout. He particularly enjoyed building the board. Just a shame it doesn't come with a large base board as it tend to come apart easily.

Brought this for my 5 year old, along with all the other sets in the series, for his birthday. He loved them! They were easy to construct, simple rules (that my son could follow without support) and fun to play. Big bonus is they are relatively short to play so he didn't get bored. There was plenty of room for expansion, especially when you connect them to the other sets. They can add to the rules or remove parts, loads of scope for creativity! I'm going to borrow these for work to teach instruction writing.

My son is Lego mad, but other Lego games have proved to be slightly disappointing so I was worried when he chose this. However, it has been a real success. He can use his imagination to change the layout and the rules. Also, it is relatively quick to play (meaning I am much more likely to play with him). It can be a team effort rather than competitive, so we work together to defeat the goblins and collect the gold. He has carried it to friends' houses as he likes it so much.

As with all Lego sets this is great. My son has two of these Lego games and we are planning on getting the other two. The games are well devised although explanation on completing the game could be clearer. This is not of great concern as it is one of those games where you can sort of devise your own rules and as long as you are consistent, it works. I play this with my son quite a lot and thoroughly enjoy the game.

Loved lego as a kid and when i saw these play sets i got all 4 including this one, not had a chance to put all 4 together yet, but its quite a big game when all 4 meet, individually the games themselves are a few minutes long when playing so keep you amused, better than a board game and sometimes better than playing games on a console

It came with an hole in the front of the box and wrapped in a bin bag, I think it was kicked all the way to my house. The game is great and as inspired the kids to make there own dungeons. The seller should be flogged.

My three grandchildren have several of these LEGO games, but this is definitely one of their favourites. It's a bigger set than some and is therefore a longer game. Would definitely recommend it

My son love to play this game on the Lego website, he loved it even more once we could play it for real. We used other lego sets to make it longer and more fun

I bought this for my 6yr old grandson,he loves it and creates lots of his own game rules,which makes it even more exciting! I highly recommend this product.

This game was so much fun for us. I bought it for my husband, but even my 5 year old loves it.
