My wife said the packaging on this one really caught her eye, and the 4200+ piece count will test the concentration skills of many builders. We plunked down the cash and it has been a fun build from bottom to top.The set is divided into numbered bags 1-14 with most of those stages having multiple bags. The nods to Disney works are present from the beginning, even before the walls go up. Two frogs near a crown symbolize the Frog Prince, and each 'room' of the castle contains nods to various films with accent pieces. Building could be a little monotonous, but with each stage developing a new scene area or containing a figure you can keep yourself amused.There are no technic elements to be spoken of in this set,

Awesome set! Who can resist this castle if they are already collecting the Disney minifigs? I couldn't.This set is truly amazing. I hold the set for couple day before finally decided to open it up. There are so many bags and a white box containing more bag inside.I know this is going to be an exciting build even before starting to put it together. One huge disappointment though. The cover page of the manual arrived torn. Not exactly sure how could this happen, but it did happen on me.By the way, Donald duck included in the set is exactly the same as the one in the Disney minifigure series one.==================Updated: 9/2/2016The set did not disappoint. It was a truly fun build.

My son who's 7 got this from Santa for Christmas this year and he absolutely loved building it. We read else where it took 7+ days and we worried it may be to big a build for him to enjoy it but he managed it in 3 days. We managed to get it in store at the Lego shop and it was £300. Highly recommend it, it's absolutely fantastic. It doesn't come with lights but he added his own LED flashing candle lights which look great lighting up the front of the castle.

An amazing purchase! Obviously it's quiet expensive but I believe it's great value for money. I'm 21 and it took me 15 hours and 28 minutes to complete in a relaxed way (multiple sittings in front of the tv). It has 14 stages, taking between 45 mins to 2 hours each (average of about an hour). The finished thing is very heavy, and is ~49cmx33cmx75cm. It has so many cool features and a secret chamber. Not to mention a thing to shoot "fireworks".

Outstanding ! My daughters absolutely love it and they have over 30 disney/friends lego sets and this is by far their favourite . My 12yr old built it by herself in 3 evenings after school . Would recomend this set to any disney or lego collector .

Lego and Disney have really nailed this set, with over 4000 bricks its a huge model and full of cool disney cartoon details, has some very clever building sections and should really only be buolt by experienced lego builders.

My daughter got into habit of getting a Lego for her birthday every year, and it gets bigger & bigger. This is biggest of the collection she has. she spent 9 days doing it, roughly 2-3 hours a day over summer break.

Won toy of the year award, what else is there to say? Also, we don't have kids but we are Disney fanatics and sharing the experience of building this with my wife was wonderful. She loved it for her birthday gift!

Loved this! Wouldn’t recommend it for kids unless and adult was supervising as it can be quite trickyTook about 28hrs in total to build and it looks great.Arrived on time, well packaged

It was worth it. it takes my mom about 2days for 1000 prices and this one has a lot more than that it's gonna take her along time but it's worth it is keeps her buzzy

This was a great weekend project for my kid and I. If you’re a Disney World mega fan like us, this is a must have! Don’t forget the light kit.

An amazing product. I bought this for my wife for her birthday and she spent the following week putting it together and it looks amazing!
