I've compared this to a previous rack (that broke) and immediately i was able to tell that this rack was a much thicker, sturdier built. It may last longer, time will tell. However there is a room for improvement. The second level arm (one designed to hold other stuff than plates) is a little bit to close to a main arm. Every time i put washed up mug or a small bowl I have to force a little bit to open it up. This is a little bit unpleasant, I have the feeling that may damage either the rack itself or a dish but in the end I'd still buy the second one if this one ever breaks. With time it may loosen up as well.

I bought this product for my caravan which only has a small draining area. I was a little disappointed that it was slightly wider than advertised (35cm as against the 32.5cm shown) but luckily it did just about fit and I am very satisfied with it.The fold-away design means that when it is not in use it can be lain flat or put away, which is quite important when you have limited space. The small fold out section just about accommodates a standard mug. It is very stable even when fully loaded and is generally quite robust.

Personally, I can't stand those dish racks with extra features and lots of plastic bits that eventually break. This simple one is perfect. It holds heavy loads well. I regularly load it up with large pans and heavy Denby plates, and it copes fine. The price is pretty cheap, so I don't expect this to last a lifetime, and already one metal piece is a little loose. You get what you pay for, and I think this is a good compromise between good, although not amazing, quality, and a low price.

I can place medium sized and small plates on the top rack but not dinner plates. Not really suitable for use with dishes. The lower rack will only take standard size mugs/cups/glassed (and only about 4 at a time). Can't use for tumblers/wine glasses. Can't use for anything such as small saucepans, cutlery etc.Perhaps I was expecting too much - it's fine for what it does but is quite limited in its usage. Not a totally bad buy.

I was a little hesitant about purchasing this item after seeing some of the reviews on Amazon but I'm glad I did.The drainer is sturdy and pretty much everything I have fits into it including plates, baking trays, cutlery & crockery.I've had it for a few months now and no sign of rust or any marks on my stainless steel sink.Great value, fast delivery and fits my sink perfectly. Recommended!

this was smaller than I anticipated when it arrived - daft, as I'd looked at the dimensions when choosing which one to order, but is ideal for a small quantity of washing up that I can't be bothered to put the dishwasher on for; I just stand it on the counter with a tea-towel underneath.Only slight disadvantage is that the space above the lower shelf isn't high enough for many of my mugs.

I bought this to replace a very tired drainer of similar design I'd bought from Good Old Woolworths about 5 years ago. This one is better made and much studier. Someone has thought about the design too, because the little rubber feet stop it from scratching your draining board / work surface, and keep it still. Had it about a month, no sign of rust yet. Big thumbs up here!

I wanted something like this which would hold all the ceramic cat dishes i have to wash. Holds around 7 so far with no problems, so does the job for me. It's also had pots and pans on without any sign it's about to give way.I can see a little bit of rust developing between the joins, bit hopefully it wont cause any issues.For the price it's A* and looks good to boot.

I usually get mine from a famous retailer but as it’s not close by, I opted for this one. This feels shorter than my normal one plus the bottom bar only opens out so far so I have to put items onto it. I’m not sure if it’s a bit stiff. It works anyway and as I’m totally against huge, bulky, plastic ones, this does the job.

Had to replace my old one. This does exactly what it says on the tin. It's a bit smaller than mu previous model, but it fits perfectly into my draining space at the sink. Very shiny and sturdy with rubber fit for extra grip. Very speedy delivery and excellent value compared to what I've seen elsewhere. Happy to recommend.

Good size and frees up space really well. I paid about £12 which was excellent value. Is robust and well constructed. My only concern would be quality / life expectancy. Some other reviews mention rust coming through very quickly. The stainless on my item seems good quality, so I would hope it lasts a few years yet....

This is an excellent product. It holds plenty of plates and quite a lot of weight without tipping over. This is the second one of these drainers we've had. The rubber feet came off the first one not that long after we'd bought it which wasn't ideal, but so far no problems of a similar nature with this one.

Very nice and simple dish rack. Just what I wanted. It's fully flat foldable so you can put it in a drawer or even rest it against the wall - it looks nice enough.When assembled it feels quite solid, got enough space for a bunch of plates and additional space for some mugs. Very nice and functional.

Perfect size for my drainer. Bought to replace very old similar one that was bigger (too big for drainer tbh). It holds plenty of plates, dishes and enough room for mugs on fold down part. Folds away neatly and hassle free.Looks great and is functional.

As I am trying not to use the dishwasher because of costs, I bought this drainer to help stop things sliding off the draining board. By the time I've finished washing up, most of the stuff is dry, and it folds up afterwards so is very good!
