I previously had Keen hiking shoes and while I loved them for comfort, they weren't enough for more difficult hikes. They ended up destroyed after a series of technical hikes. I thought about upgrading entirely to a pair of Vasques, but I don't do that kind of intense technical hiking (with a heavy pack, etc) that often so they were a bit overkill for regular weekend hikes. Plus, they would need breaking in. One of the things I love about Keens is I can wear them straight out of the box. This pair is a little more than the shoes, a little more waterproof, etc, but not so heavy, stiff, or serious to need serious consideration whether I toss them into the suitcase. Plus,

I bought my first pair in August 2019 & these are absolutely among the top favorite functional boots I’ve owned & I’m a serious functional boot enthusiast. I have since ordered 2 more pairs & fully intend to order more.What I love most about the Keen women’s Tarradora mid, includes their:• sleek, sharp look w/ so many uniquely awesome color choices• versatility• comfy design that hugs your foot• traction, stability & overall functionalityAnd then, the best part for me is that they’re a tough, waterproof boot of a lighter design, making them much more versatile.I wouldn’t recommend these as a full on winter/snow boot since that is not the main focus of their design & they’re not insulated but

These were so comfortable the moment I put them on, the only downside was, when sitting, the material connecting from the side of the inside shoe to the tongue, when bent, bothered my foot, but went away when I was walking and staying active. These shoes really held up through rugged terrain, waterfalls and streams, kept me dry and going. Great for cold outdoor weather, they do keep your feet warm, maybe not ideal for warm days. My feet starting getting cold when I stayed out for two hours in 10-15 degrees F, but i didnt have wool socks on, that may have made a difference.

After a little bit of research I decided on these boots prior to a walking holiday...and am absolutely chuffed to bits with them.Although I’m a male, size 8, these boots fit me perfectly.They have excellent soles and ankle support, they are light weight ( which is what I wanted more than anything, I wear steel toe capped boots for work all day and hence have a strong dislike for heavy boots in my leisure time! )Returned from holiday and these boots were amazing, still as good as new after really being put through their paces, can’t really recommend strongly enough.

I am a size 10 from Nike Free RN and I ordered a 10.5 from this and it fits perfect. I just came back from a week in Costa Rica and the boots kept my feet dry and comfortable. It did’t need breaking in and the soles are just the right flexibility. I am so glad I ordered these boots from Amazon (it was after reading many reviews and visiting the local REI store and trying on many boots!). Also I really like the hiking socks I ordered the same time, which are the Feideer ones but I prefer the men’s size from that because of my 10.5 feet those just fit better.

I range between a women’s 9 and 9.5 in all my shoes. I found the 9 to be a little small and the 9.5 to be a little Big. But having more room is probably better, so I went with the half size. Took them out for a light walk in the woods this weekend, did a little jumping around on rocks, and various other tests. I’d say they are generally comfortable, but my feet got a little sweaty by the end of my adventure. Definitely recommend finding a store to try on before you commit.

This is the best hiking boot for anyone that wants a lightweight boot. I have a bad back so I needed the lightest, yet still supportive, hiking boot and these are it. They also have GREAT traction - I never, ever slip when hiking and on a variety of surfaces. I am wearing my boots like crazy and they have yet to leak despite hiking in wet conditions frequently. They do show their wear visibly but are holding up. I will buy these again when I hike the other ones out!

These are fantastic . I alway order half a size larger for a boot and these fit great . I wore them on a 12 miles bike / Hike in the mountains without breaking them in . They did fantastic feet never hurt and never had any rubbing . Also went through allot of water and my feet stayed dry . I did get a wet foot at the end but I was into water way above my boot top. Love these and would highly recommend. I have arthristis and the foot bed and heel are so comfortable

Waterproof boots are often stiff and heavy, but these feel very light. They are very roomy, so no squashed toes, and there is room for an orthotic, probably thick socks as well. The fit can be made more snug by tightening the laces. I am almost looking forward to dog walks in the rain and mud now, especially as they look as if they will wipe clean.I can’t comment on how waterproof they really are, as I haven’t tested them, but they look as if they will be fine.

Really lovely walking boots which I ordered on advice from my local Blacks store as I have very wide feet. I measure a 5 but usually go for a six due to the width, but the 6 in this boot was far too small and unfortunately I couldn't get the 7 (I did follow the sizing guide on the website). My local Blacks and Millets stores were so helpful and I was able to exchange these boots for some Merrell boots that fitted better.

Adore these boots. Like an idiot I went on my first hike without breaking them in and luckily I got away with it! They are so comfortable, have excellent support for my high arches, and are genuinely waterproof. Many of the hiking boots advertised as waterproof don't stand up to a hill walk in Scotland but these walked me straight into Loch Lomond and kept my feet nice and dry. Would highly recommend!

ordered a size 4 as my size but ended up needing a 4.5 as the 4 was too snug round the toe end, i have fairly wide feet. So light, grip is great, giving me confidence on certain slippy surfaces. Appear waterproof so far, even in crossing a stream, wouldn't chance it too deep though. they don't get dirty either, just amazing pair of boots really, thinking of getting another colour

Having spent the summer walking the dog in my Allbirds trainers I wants to find some boots that were just as comfortable. Having tried several I ordered these as they are the same make as my walking sandals, which have also proved comfortable. Straight from the box they are a good fit and with some new, anti blister socks they've proved to be just the job! Very happy (finally)

I am a Man and I have purchased 'Ladies' boots! Yes that is right! I do a lot of dog walking and need good shoes or boots. I noticed that my daughter, who is also very active with a pair (same foot size as me), liked the look and tried them on.......perfect fit. I have fairly slender feet and have problems in the past with boots being too big. These are great for me!

These are supportive hiking boots that also allow your foot to feel the ground. In my case this gives me a more sure footed step while hiking rocky trails. Also, I wear a AA width, and these boots fit my feet with medium padded socks. My heels don't slip up and down like they commonly do in Medium width shoes. I will purchase these again.
