I am a longtime KEEN shoe/boot buyer. I wanted some lighter weight waterproof boots for winter. Even though I live in Maine, early winters here are more wet than snowy, and we often have a thaw in January or February. I was looking for something comfortable for walking with our dog.If you are a regular KEEN wearer, you’ll notice right away that the toe box is slightly narrower than the classic KEEN shape. I usually wear a 9/5 or 10, and in these boots the size 10s still fit me; it’s just that they aren’t as perfectly comfortable in the toes as the classic KEEN shape. The ankles of these boots are fairly stiff, to give you good support, but they don’t rub or chafe.

I generally like this hiking boot for less demanding hikes. The overall quality is good. I consider these to be a bit of a hybrid between a hiking shoe and a more rugged hiking boot for more serious hiking or backpacking. In some ways, this has features of a hiking boot, but in others, the construction and materials are more reminiscent of a lighter weight hiking shoe for camping or lighter hiking.While I like this boot and think it is of good quality, I'd prefer if it fell into a slightly lower price range. These seem to sell in around the same price range as something like the Keen Targhee waterproof mid boot, which I think are nicer and more durable boots. Ok so these are great. I got these because I got my fiancé a pair in men’s and he loves them and one day I was wearing my famous brand running shoes and we were walking through a field, and I sunk in mud, and my feet and shoes were gross, he sunk too but he just kept going because his were waterproof and didn’t retain the mud on them either, he also wears them to work everyday so I’m like well I need to try these out, so I did. I’m super happy I did. They’re comfortable, I really like how they look. I like how they tie and I like the bottoms and most of all if you look in the last 2 pics I posted they’re waterproof all the way to the top, so the only way that I’m getting muddy feet is if I sink deeper but that’s hopefully never going to happen.

I haven't really hiked much this year, but I always like cool looking hiking boot. KEEN is a well known brand. The boot opening is about 5" around, so it is perfect for a day trip. The material is sturdy yet soft. The boots feel really comfortable... no pressure or blisters. It is usually tricky to buy shoes online, but these fit great for my size (I normally wear size 7 for my running shoes). The boots are not heavy so I even wear just for normal walking. I usually like black color shoes, but I wanted to try something different this time. The chinois green looks nice and it does not get dirty easily. I love Keens. I have short, wide, high arched feet and Keens have been my go to hiking shoes forever. When the soles of my voyageurs finally fell off I looked for a new Pair and found these. They were just a little more stylish and interesting.That being said, these are the pros and cons I’ve found so far.Pros: Cute. Unique and fun color. Seem to be good quality so far.Cons: Narrow. Way more narrow than the normal Keens to which I am used. Hot! Because they are so narrow I have to wear thinner cotton socks. I have taken two “break in” walks in them and my feet are super sweaty.Overall, I will continue to break them in in hopes they will conform to my feet like all the others.

Great boots! they fit true to size. They are comfortable to wear - already been on several hikes with these and have had no issues. I have a wide foot and got these a half size larger than my usual shoe size and that gives me plenty of room - not too much and just enough so my toes don't hit the end when descending steeper grades. HIke with these mostly in the desert and haven't had to cross any streams with them so can't really speak to the waterproof part.I really like the chinois green color, too. The pink is not too pink and does not stand out - the green is s nice subtle tealish color.bottom line - great hiking boots and good Keen quality.

Was planning on a hike before the pandemic and was excited to use the shoes. I did break them in on my walks here at home and I have to tell you that the support around the ankle is amazing. They are lightweight and do not feel heavy even after walking miles in them. Very durable and water resistant which is a big plus. Easy to clean with a soft cloth. These will last for a long time. Very well made and fit true to size even with a thicker sock. I found I did not get any blisters from my local walks which is also a big plus.

I don't have small feet, but they are a bit narrow/small-boned and my feet often slide around in hiking shoes. That can be uncomfortable in mountainous terrain, especially on downhills. These are perfect - the snug fit keeps my foot secure, the sole has good enough traction, and they look nice enough. If your feet tend to run a little narrow or you have smaller bones than average, this could be the boot for you. I am very happy with these boots and have found my brand for hiking.

This is a really nice pair of hiking boots in a unique color combination. It has a bit of a retro vibe while being modern and hip.These are extremely comfortable and fit fairly true to size. I received these in a slightly larger size than what I would normally choose, but they seem to be appropriate to that sizing scale.The construction and quality are on point; the shoe is well-made with no loose threads or unsecure components.All in all, well-recommended.

I admit that I was a little hesitant to buy these boots because of so few reviews. But finding a cool looking pair of hiking boots is not easy. Imagine my delight when these boots turned out to fit perfectly and be comfortable from day one! Granted, I have done any major hikes, but for the couple mile jaunt, they did just fine. Not even a hint of blister! And yes, they look good too!

These are a good fit and very comfortable. It's always tricky buying shoes online and I have had to send other brands back. However this is the 2nd pair of walking shoes I have purchased from Keen and I do rate them highly. These are waterproof but I haven't been out yet in the rain. My husband also likes the Keen shoes I got for him and he is very difficult to buy shoes for.

These boots were exactly what I was looking for. They are lightweight, flexible and waterproof!! Only problem was they are too narrow !! Not like regular Keens. Just a little wider to be regular width. I had to send back.

Very pleased with my purchase. Fits perfectly with thick socks ( I’m a size 7 ) and it feels very light as well !
