My Cavalier King Charles spaniel was happy to wear this coat in size 35 and enjoyed playing in the snow, he was warm and dry despite being out in 4ft snowdrifts and sledging. It didn't come off or twist about and the front legs fitted well. The dark colour stopped him from looking like a Wally.I found the sizing difficult. I had measured my younger cavalier but the coat drowned her - in particular, despite the elastics, it wasn't possible to get it to fit round her chest and waist and it drooped to the floor. Her paws were tripping her up as they were too long.Luckily I had the bigger dog to wear it as there was no returns information,

I bought the 35m it fits my cavalier King Charles it’s a little loose but even when adjusted around the middle but the smaller size would not be long enough on her back it’s not rustly when she walks is nice material and she seems comfortable wearing it love the legs as they have press studs on to alter size so you don’t have to roll up and stay well in place and it keeps the wet mud and dirt off her long fur on cold days I put a body suit under as its not thick enough for winter I wouldn’t say you could also put a coat over for extra warmth ideal for summer though or dogs that don’t feel the cold as much nice suit that dose it’s job keeping her dry

This seems really well made and has been recommended by a friend with several dogs. However ,despite measuring my dog ,the one I ordered was too big. It comes with a label with suggested sizes for breeds (posted above).This would have been helpful to have in the description when first ordering .I have a 7kg miniature Schnauzer and although he is 42cm long ,the 40XS was too big. I am returning and hoping the 35 fits .

My puppy and I love Hurta coats. They fit him the best.. his body I’d skinny and long. Most coats if they fit in length the are much to wide. Since Hurta coasts can be sdjusted several deferent ways I can always manage to make them fit and they looked great too .we he always gets complements. They are a bit costly but they last a long time and wash beautifully

WASHES REALLY WELL BY HAND BUT I WASHED THE FIRST ONE IN THE WASHING MACHINE AND IT CAUSED THE ELASTIC TO COME AWAY. UNFORTUNATELY WITH THE VERY WET MUDDY WINTER THIS YEAR THE COAT NEEDED WASHING EVERYDAY BUT IT DOES DRY NATURALLY QUICKLY.

I had a hard time finding a dog raincoat that covered my dogs entire back. This works perfect. Only downside is that it does take a little but more time to put on but really helps keep most of the water off my dog.

The raincoat keeps the dog dry. Problems include: difficulty in determining which end is up, hard to keep fur out of zipper, impractical for use in travel. Best use is for walks in inclement weather.

We had to return the previous one as it wasn’t the the right size. This one fits our Samoyed perfectly. Good stuff, you can tell why it is more expensive than the others from the details.

Coat is perfect, we just haven’t found size that fit us, it is pretty wide around chest.
