Open the box, slot the pieces together (no screws required), and you're ready to roll. The instruction booklet has the usual exploded diagram, with the elements identified by letters. The body of the instructions refers to the elements by numbers!! Thankfully, they both use the same descriptions, so it's not a major problem, and once you've done everything once, you know it anyway.It is very light, but surprisingly powerful, without being noisy. We have low-pile carpets, which it cleaned admirably.The pet hair nozzle was brilliant for the stairs, and the telescopic handle was so easy to adjust for doing different levels.The dust collector is transparent, so there's no excuse for not knowing when to empty it.

At first this machine seems to have less grunt than a similar Vax but after getting to know it a little, it actually does a much better job with seemingly less effort. The filters are washable so there are no on going extra expenses to keep the machine working in top order. The electrical cable is a little on the short side like most current Vacuums, but at the working end the Hoses are very generously sized. I bought mine for use upstairs in bedrooms and I have a Vax for downstairs. The Hoover is by far the quieter of the two and seems to out perform the Vax. Mine arrived minus the two in one tool but I have to say Hoover/Candy very Rapidly Rectified this sending one by Courier.

This vacuum cleaner was easy to assemble and comes with 2 main vacuuming heads. The first one is your standard floor attachment that can be adjusted on hard and carpeted floors. The second attachment is for the removal of pet hair and has circular brushes underneath, just like the ones you find in an upright vacuum. With this attachment on you can certainly pick up pet hair and give your carpet pile a lift. This vacuum was powerful enough for my use, light weight and easy to control, the only negative for myself is that I could have done with the poles being a little longer as I found myself stooping over whilst using the cleaner.

This is a pretty light Hoover that's easy to move around the floor, although the extension cord is surprisingly short given the model. The suction works very well on hard floor services (I used it on wooden floors and tiles) but the performance was less good on carpet (although this may well be because I was using it on stairs). It was particularly good at picking up long hair and dust bunnies and the container is easy to empty. All in all I was very happy with this.

Received the vacuum a week ago. Impressed with the purchase overall.Very powerful motor with great suction.Light and extremely easy to work around with.The only negatives I have(and the only reasons I took way a star) are the lengthy of the electrical cord and the suction pipe feels a little flimsy.Great value for money and very happy with the purchase.

This is a fine Hoover vacuum cleaner. I have a small flat and where space is always at a premium for storage, this fits the bill superbly.It's bagless, so no hassle with those, and emptying is easy; straight into the bin.This is ideal for a small flat, and for where you need easy movement, such as on stairs or for cars.

Good lightweight vac. Very easy to assemble, and like the onboard tool storage. The poles are a good length making it easy to use, good suction and does well on the cat hair with the pet attachment. Bagless so dead easy to empty. No complaints.

Within 2 minutes of delivery this was unpacked, put together and in use. Great suction and I finally managed to see the cat hair in carpet budge. Hope it continues

I received the delivery of the named Item a week ago .... Very happy so easy to move around the house especially the stairs ... and it is so light to carry

I truly have put it to the test as i have 4 cats and 1 dog and they fluff the house all year round and this mighty little hoover is an absolute god send

This machine is light in weight and easy to use. The fact it is customised for animal fur helps to pick up the little pieces from the carpet as well.

Great hoover. Stores really easy and built quite well. Has a long handle for easy use and comes with a pet head. Seems to vac hair up pretty easily.

Bought this to replace my miele and its great, we have a dog and picks up all the hair, easy to empty and the upholstery attachment is great
