I recently damaged my bicep and had to find something to make my pain more bearable whilst doing my prescribed fitness regime I had other injuries as well but thats another story this product didnt stop the pain completely for me but it did reduce the pain somewhat and I felt a bit more protected whilst doing what I had to do,Iwould therefore reccomend the optimum bicep guard its a good product and you get 2 for your money.

Use them when training arm destruction techniques in our martial arts class. Does a pretty good job of keeping the bruising down! Makes for better contact and realistic training.

Delighted with this. Really helps with an upper arm strain when playing tennis. Has enabled me to continue to play (when there are no government restrictions in place!)

I'm using these in a special education environment to prevent pinches and bites, and they work amazingly. Very well made and sturdy, and pretty comfortable
