Please ignore the 1 star reviews in particular the first one, IP phones need a base unit to be able to connect to your ISP otherwise worthless. This is a reasonably well made phone with a number of useful functions. I have got 3 in various rooms in the house and all have functioned well over the last year or so since I bought them. They are linked with a 510 base unit which allows us to make up to 4 simultaneous outgoing calls (max. if you have 4 phones). Excellent phone book, good sound quality and can be used as intercoms or even as a baby monitor. Calls can also be transferred too and from each unit.

Don't be put off by the ratings for the duo package, this model is fantastic. We have 4 handsets and a base station and they work brilliantly in our large house, including out in a garden studio thanks to the extender that's available. Really easy to use compared with our very old Panasonic DECT phones. I wish the address book would transfer automatically between phones but if you make sure you always input new ones into the base station handset you simply copy to each additional handset separately, which takes a few seconds.

I really like this phone; it has a good range, is clear both ends, good display, easy menu and user-friendly, reasonable ringtones and choice, ticks all my boxes.

Great phone - well built and good sound quality. Ringtones a bit space age for my taste, hence only 4 stars.
