Pack arrived promptly and in good condition however a few points meant that, for me, it lost a few stars:1) All power connectors had a two-pin Euro (Type F) plug. First problem was to find Euro/UK socket adaptors (x3)2) The phone lead (need one to go to main base unit from wall) did not have a plug compatible with a UK phone socket. Second problem was to find/buy an adaptor.3) The printed instructions seemed to include every European language apart from English. Not a disaster thanks to Google but still a bit irritating.Conclusion: Great value purchase... just not really suited for immediate use in the UK.

Supplied with Spanish plugs. User guide in Spanish too. I had to buy European/UK adapter and RJ11/BT crossover cable.
