Have drunk this many times in Antigua with family. We keep thr empty bottles and take them back to the distillery so as to get more rum for a cheaper price. It is not called cavalier as the chap above me has stated- cavalier is a completely different rum and has been made for a lot longer than the English harbour which comes from a much younger distillery. The rum is very smooth and can be drunk neat with no harshness and is a very enjoyable flavour. Some say it tastes best with cranberry juice but I would honestly say that is tastes good with any recognised mixer you can imagine. Enjoy!!

my bottle isn't from Amazon but was brought back as a gift from Antigua. the bottle is excellent, the softness and fragrance when consumed neat is first class. strangely it does resemble a bourbon when mixed with coke as the sweetness is more subtle and it dies to an excellent oak driven aftertaste. well worth the cost.

I first encountered this rum in Antigua, where it is also known as Cavalier rum. Drunk neat it is compatible to a Cognac, it has a honeyed aftertaste and no harshness. Mixed with cola you get a gently perfumed rum and cola, which is all too drinkable.If you enjoy drinking fine quality rum this is a must

Someone got me as a gift a bottle of this rum a while ago and I was gutted when I finished it because I loved it so much! Luckily I found it here on Amazon! Very happy with it and will definitely buy it again!

Lovely smooth rum NOT Cavalier as already stated, much smoother and recommended by locals so must be good!Great alone or as a Dark and Stormy with ginger beer.

I had never seen it before we went to Antigua and was impressed with its taste and smoothnes.Reminded me of our lovely holiday to the Weast Indies
