I am trying to build up a small collection of spirits that I am slowly working my way through. I last had rum about 20 years ago so wasn’t sure what to go for. At £13 and a brand that I had heard of I decided to give this a try. My wife has it with Pepsi and she really liked it. I had mine neat and I loved it. It doesn’t taste chemically and I got a flavour of raisins, there was a slight “burn” which may put some people off but doesn’t bother me. I would recommend this, for the price, quick delivery and the quality, reliable name I am so glad I did. It won’t put me off trying this brand again and I will be back for more Navy rum soon.

What can say about lambs navy rum well I use navy rum to make traditional rum butter . This great on Christmas pudding with white sauce . Also great on crackers or spooned on to warm mince pies . If you mild refined rum it's lots in rum butter you need rum with that strong flavors and vanliaie after tastes . It's also great in diet coke fresh lime juice and don't spare the ice . Rum butter I use mixture of dark Muscovado sugar and nutmeg and rum or brandy 6tsp or more to taste 6 0z good butter 6 Oz sugar made in to butter cream . You can pipe on mince pies too .

This well-known brand is in my opinion a perfect base line in terms of rum blends and a perfect starting point for getting into rums in general. While being fantastic for its price and deserving 5 stars in that right, it definetly can not keep up to many of the higher-priced blends. Saying so, I will become however quite judgmental and would argue that it is better than Bacardi rums like Oakheart and en par with Havanas lower price range. The former in terms of pleasentness and drinkability, the latter in overall flavour profile.

This is one of the great dark rums, and is surprisingly affordable considering its quality. For me this is every bit as good as Woods Navy Rum which costs at least £10 more. Lambs is deep dark and luscious. It's not overly sweet, despite the large amount of caramel/molasses used to give it that dark colouration. Although we drink mainly with mixers (makes a great rum punch), it is of a sufficiently high quality to be drunk straight on the rocks, as it has a very rich and smooth flavour.

Always buy Lambs rum from Amazon, price does tend to fluctuate from time to time but always goes back to £14 or below.I've tried hundreds of different rums. And lambs is certainly a great middle ground for a weekly drink. I always drink with cola and ice, ginger beer and neat with some cubes.Pretty harsh neat but still enjoyable, really suits itself to a mixer. Cola or ginger beer.

A good brand I have supported over the years, not the best and not anywhere near the price of the major contenders , but at this price is a steal. We use it in cocktails, to flavour and preserve my wife's fruit cakes and for making our delicious Cumbrian rum butter. I am stocking up at this price.

Decent price, but had to find my Birth Certificate even though I am 49 lol. The Rum is always a nice tipple as it mixes well with coke or even hot water with dissolved sugar in it.My Parents were not happy that the driver took a picture of Dads driving Licence as well.

Well, well, well. From a FAT guy who can drink ALOT, mix this with ginger beer, and I'm drunk. 700ml of this, mixed with ginger beer, over a few hour period, and I'm drunk. It usually take 15 pints of budweiser to get me to this stage, LOL.

I bought this as a present for someone, as I dont want to go the shops at the moment it is so handy to be able to order a premium brand drink at a very competitive price to be delivered the next day to my house, excellent

A smooth rum with a rich caramalised flavour. Fair do/s the price is high personally I buy at my local shop. But thought I'd check it out on Amamzon and much to my suprise the reviews just didn't match the product.

Usually buy this rum to make my rum torte and other rum flavoured cakes plus personally I like the caramel flavour of it when drinking it, but prefer to dilute it with water otherwise too strong for my taste buds.

One of my favourite rums, perfect for a Jaeger tea (rum, hot water, tea spoon of brown sugar) and great for cocktails. The flavour is rich and soft with overtones of prune and rich fruit. It’s totally delicious.

I normally drink brandy, but have taken to this lovely dark rum, for me, its very nice on the palate, not over powering and full of flavour... Could be my new favourite.

This is my favourite rum and I find it the best for rum and coke in a large globe glass filled with ice lemon and lime.Good competitive price when I purchased it.
