I’ve got a love for Glenfarclas and this whisky does not disappoint. Like other core Glenfarclas single malts this one is sherry matured and for all it’s an 8 year old it can hold its own against more mature sherried whisky like Dalmore 12 year old or even the 12 year old glenfarclas. For the age it is outstanding, the only downside is that this whisky is not naturally available to the UK market so it’s great sellers are choosing Amazon as a sales channel. The price is noticeably more than you would pay in Europe but this can be overlooked as it still offers exceptional value when compared to the 10 or 12 year old equivalents.

This is one of the best Glenfarclas I have bought, as good if not better than the 15 year old. If you drink Glenfarclas you will surely like this one.
