Lovely fireplace, shipped from Germany so you might have a wait of a couple of weeks and do note this is a large fireplace. Great in a lounge of 32 square meters. Great shape and style. However, in the description the reading states..."simply chose a place and set-up"......."unpack, fill in the fuel, burn it...that's really all you need to do". The implication is that there is some fuel supplied- please note this is not the case, not even a small sample bottle. This was a shame at this price. True, on re-reading the details the box doesn't come with fuel, but the description is mis-leading. At £399 (it's now cheaper at £320) a slight disappointment. I have now ordered fuel and will review the flame effect when I can!

Over the moon with this fire it looks as good as it does in pictures I purchased the white put it in my conservatory and it looks fab but would look good in any room service was great as well I got it far earlier than expected although bit of mix up with my contact details but not sure whose fault that was would 100% recommend this fire

Very attractive and works well. Throws out lots of heat. Very pleased with it. Delivery was quick with excellent communication.

Lovely fireplace. Delivered 4 days after ordering. Heats the room well and looks amazing.
