Out of the box the Columbia Men's Vitesse Outdry Multi-Sport Shoe fitted perfectly and felt really comfortable. For me the 9.5 UK size feels like a regular width shoe, I find some sports and walking shoes narrow but the Columbia Vitesse Outdry had plenty of room not to feel tight when deep into a walk.On a 10 mile urban walk (couldn't get to the countryside due to lockdown) with a heavy backpack the shoes felt very comfortable and I didn't really think about my feet which is a good sign. On a short hill walk in the damp and boggy Campsie Fells in Scotland the shoes performed well with the waterproofing keeping my feet warm and dry,

These are a well made, fairly robust pair of cross country running shoes.I found the fit to be pretty good, but a bit too snug around the toes for my liking. In fairness I do like plenty of wiggle room for my toes, and aside from that they are very comfy. The insole feels just right giving plenty of support without making itself known and there's a good amount of shock absorption from the sole.So far I have found them to have a good amount of grip on most surfaces and flat pedals on mountain bikes. There is a little protection at the front for your toes if you're going off road with them, but it's not a toe box by any means. The waterproof capabilities have not been tested (it's not rained since I've had them),

Advertised, strangely given their looks, as a hiking shoe. What they are definitely not, is a running shoe, even though they cost just as much. The first thing I noticed when I took them out of the box was that they were heavy. Sure enough, when I put them on the scales, they’re a pretty hefty 374gs (per shoe) This compares with my Pegasus 36 at 278gs. Quite a difference! Fair bit of cushioning in the heel and the front foot is quite wide so shouldn’t pinch your toes. Won’t offer you much protection on rocky ground and the grip is typical of a running shoe I.e. not much. However, I’ve just been on a walk with the dog (on tarmac) and they really are comfortable. Got these in a size 8 for my brother. He usually takes that size, and found these to fit fine.The shoes are really comfy, he says, offering good support at the front and back, and a good fit round the toes. The sole is also very cushioned and has plenty of grip.The shoe has a waterproof-breathable, seam-sealed construction, meaning no water gets inside. This makes them great for hiking.The shoes are also extremely lightweight, with a mesh upper that stops your feet getting sweaty.

These are so cool and comfortable they're obviously to big for me but that didn't stop me from trying them, i gave this to my brother and hes really happy hes usually not a trainers kind of person but hes been using them for workout and it killed me a little inside at first but least its being usedLove the colours, really well made, good brand so you know they can be trusted which is the main thing overall happy

Fit is perfect, I am size 10.These shoes are like walking on air. The comfort is on another level and helps to supress lots of pain from old injuries. They claim to be waterproof, i have yet to test this.They are that good and i am that impressed i have purchased the Vitesse trainers in ice which are also just as comfortable but like rocking horse pooh to get hold of.

Not bad at all. These trainers have a nice sponginess to them which is comfortable on the souls of your feet and give you an extra little bit of height. They are relatively soft all over and have a decent tread. I wouldn't wear them for outdoor football, but maybe five-a-side or running in. The colours are a little jazzy for my tastes but overall they're decent enough.

It is the second pair that I have, I bought the gray ones and I saw how comfortable they are and I bought myself in black. I am a Solomon user and I have to say that the Columbia are incredible, the most comfortable thing I have ever tried in my life! They also have a very good finish to see how the membrane is (waterproof) and the hardness of the whole.

Got my shoes today and went out for a countryside walk today (around 5k). They are extremely comfortable and very easy on the feet.I found them to be light and well supportive.I usually wear a UK 8 but ordered 8.5 and the fit is perfect. I would definitely recommend these shoes for summer, spring and autumn and light terrain.

You need a half size bigger as they are small made. This was the case for both me and my wife. Very comfortable. I wouldn’t think they would be great for wide feet. My feet are narrow and they are snug fitting. Very cushioned but with great support & grip. Very well constructed & waterproofing is good. Pleased with them.

Very comfortable all rounder. You could walk for miles and not feel anything. Just about smart enough to be used as an all purpose trainer also.Suitable for 3 seasons. Much above 20 degrees centigrade and you'll feel warmHighly recommended.

Very good arch support and comfort, 100% waterproof. Size as expected. Not too clumpy. Only conceivable downside is that they are very warm for summer obviously becomes another advantage for winter wear.

I use those shoes for long walks. Size 12 fit perfectly. They are light and airy. If I buy the same brand and a different model it fits perfectly too. No need to go to shoe stores anymore.

Brilliant waterproof trainer for everyday walking and trekking in wet weather. Tried few times in all weathers and no complaints so far. Fit seems perfect.
