Dodgy filling.I purchased mine from Blacks (a sale) & upon receipt the 8 units were all underfilled by in excess of 1/8 of the stated weight (that was checked in liquid state & frozen) ...density / fill = thermal mass when frozen, & none of mine were up to stated specification. (M10 twin packs)That said, they freeze well (fast) in around 4 hours within our freezer set to minus 36c & stay solid nicely better than cheap generics we found when clearing up the now long gone "secret garden party" (waste not) ..so when combinedwith either of our Coleman coolers (P.U. foam insulation) ,,one of which is the "xtreme" really do well to keep food cold on a day / weekend away,

With a good quality cooler box these will maintain a cool temperature for a couple of days if you are careful. They are easy to freeze and store and handy when you need to whip them out of the freezer for your trip. I find the various sizes are easy to spread the coolness around the box, easy to adjust. Only quibble is that one of mine developed a split on the corner. Does the job!

Some years ago some relatives stayed with us and left their coleman freezer pack behind. We always meant to send it back to them (honest!) but it worked so well, staying cold when other ice packs were room temperature, that we never got round to it. These do what they say on the tin and more. They are usually still cold when you put them back in the freezer.

Work great and I can get up to 2 days out of them before a swap is needed.They seem to form a bulge though in the middle of the pack when they freeze which sacrifices a little room in my small boat coolbox.

They're OK they do the job, but both of them bulged rather spectacularly, the first time they went in the freezer. Surprising really, as there's plenty of room for the liquid to expand into.

These work, we use them in our large cool box and they really work remember to freeze them in advance and pop into your cool box night before you fill!

Bought 2 of these to go in a cool box to transport chilled/frozen food from the supermarkets during the current heatwave. Work well

Nice size cold block I use with my cold boxed for camping, does what it's supposed to and keeps our food and drink cold.

Awesome for hot weather! We wrap them in face towels or pillowcases to sleep with. Cools you down beautifully at night.

PERFECT SIZE TO FIT OUR FREEZER BOX. THE CONTENT FROZE VERY QUICKLY AND STAYS FROZEN FOR A LONG TIME.

The freeze blocks are the best I own. If I use enough in a cool bag my food stays cold for 3 days

Has handle built in making it easier to carry. Used for cooling water in carnivorous plant tray.
