I bought this cordless desk phone for my home office, which has a dedicated business line.Range is very good, I simply hit the 'lock' button and put it in my back pocket if I need to be elsewhere in the property.It looks great, and ergonomically the only gripe I would have is that to 'synchronise' your Names between the Base and the Handset, you seemingly have to enter them on the Base, delete all the stored numbers off the Handset, and then Copy All across to the handset afresh. However, this isn't a problem - just remember only to enter new Names and contact details into the Base and you'll be fine.The ringtones are uber-cheesy but don't worry,

Have tried and discarded or returned a few phones because they do not suite a small business or fail to work, fall to bits after 6 months. This one is great, copied my contents from the mobile sim, allows you to select the ones you want.Then with the help of the manual copied these to the handset.Good screens and good sized buttons on both base station and headset.You can conference in both the base and handset. You can transfer a call from the base to the handset and back using the conference feature.The port on the handset allows you to connect a headset using the 2.5mm jack plug. This is great you can clip it to a belt , your pocket (shirt or trousers)

I've just moved from Canada and have Canadian and UK business lines going to this phone for my office in my house.The main reason I chose it was the headset connector (I spend hours on conference calls). I also like that I can dial from the base for hands free, or walk around with the cordless (this is where the headset plugs in).I get a lot of late night/middle of the night calls from Canada due to time zones (and spam calls) so the only thing I wish this phone had was a night mode for automatically muting the ringer overnight, which is a nice feature on my Panasonic home phone. I have to remember to manually turn the ringer off when I go to bed.Call clarity is great,

Great phone / answering unit. Did have problem getting the battery to work (turned out to be simple in the end) - but a lesson that it is necessary to download and read the online instruction book, as the 'get started' guide is not sufficient. This should not take away from the quality of the unit.

Just got the BT Diverse. First impressions are good, ergonomically it's nice to hold and well laid out.Menus are clear and easy to follow. Ringtones are terrible but there is one ring ring tone that sounds good.Only gripe - keypad on the handset doesn't illuminate

Entirely fit for purpose and easy to set up and use. Thoroughly recommended. Being used as a separate business telephone and very effective with good loud speaker facilities.

Bought as a replacement to our previous digital phone, very simple and easy to set up, had it done in 10 minutes.....love using it, simple, clear....
