I love this cable. I find that despite being long (a useful length as it means it can reach my bed whereas a standard 3ft cable does not), it still charges my phone very quickly. The braiding and joins are also excellent quality and I figure they will last a long time, as I have the micro usb version to charge my tablet and have had it in regular use since the beginning of last year with no signs of wear (whereas normally micro usb cables have a notoriously short lifespan) so it gives me confidence that this one will be the same.I also like that these cables come in a variety of colours, as it means I can have multiple cables plugged in at the same time and can pick up the correct one instantly (grey for usb c,red for micro usb and white/silver grey for lightning).I did have to replace my cable, but that was only due to my previous one being taken at work. As soon as I saw it had gone I ordered a new anker cable straight away, as when I have borrowed friends' cables, they have never been as good!I know this review sounds like it has been written by somebody who works for the company, or received a free product in exchange for a good review, but I can confirm that neither of those are the case and I have in fact paid listed price for this item. However if Anker wanted to send me any products to test, I would gladly take them off their hands!

I've used Anker cables for several years for my devices now and from the quality of cables to the support I've received, I'll continue to come back unless the quality drops significantly. Two of the most recent Anker cables I bought (over a year ago) have lasted without any problems. One small cable used for charging my phone in the car, which usually takes most of the beating and another 6ft cable for home charging. The cable I use for home charging ran into a problem recently where it would occasionally stop charging if the phone was in a certain position. I tested this on a few phones and it was indeed a problem with the cable and not just lint or dust stuck in my charging port. However, don't let that be viewed as a big problem. I think after over a year of use for £7 I've definitely got more than my money's worth from this cable, especially given the fact you could easily buy a more expensive cable and have it last half the time. Even after a year, however, I messaged Anker and they helped me with my problem exceptionally quickly, no questions asked.Excellent customer service like that, combined with the brilliant and rugged quality of the cable is the best way to get a loyal following, and is the reason I'll keep coming back to Anker.

I bought this cable (6ft USB-C to USB 3.0 PowerLine+, grey) primarily for use with my phone, but also for data transfer and charging of any of my USB-C tech. Although not the cheapest of cables, I trusted Anker as the brand who manufacture excellent power banks, and so decided to go for this cable in the hope that it would last a long time. The quality of construction is excellent - the braiding feels high quality and prevents kinks in the cable, the connectors are solidly built and the inclusion of a velcro cable tie to keep everything tidy is a nice touch. Data transfers with this cable have been speedy, as it supports USB 3.0, and power delivery has been perfect - Fast Charging on my Samsung S9+ seems to work just fine.I don't happen to have a Oneplus phone, or a device that supports even faster charging, so I'm unsure if you would get full charging speeds with those devices (the product information seems to suggest not). The plastic heads for the connectors are a little wide, but fit perfectly into my mous phone case, so no complaints there.I have no doubts that this cable will last a long time, and so will be worth the investment over a cheaper cable.

Maybe faulty or maybe isn't able to support charging my new Samsung galaxy S9 plus. It doesn't allow fast charging and every time I connect it to the phone it comes up with an error message telling me to use the charger supplied with the phone as it hasn't recognised the cable and says it may damage my device. I know the charger itself is fine as when used with the lead supplied with the phone it works perfectly. I've always used these power line cables with my micro usb powered devices and they have been brilliant.I've also just tested by trying to charge my son's switch and it doesn't appear to do anything.UPDATE- i was contacted by Anker the next day after leaving the above review and they apologized that the lead must be faulty, they arranged to send me a free of charge replacement to test. This was sent the next day and i can now confirm the first lead was faulty as this one now charges both my S9 plus and my son's Nintendo switch perfectly. A very happy customer, if only all companies offered the same level of customer service. A+ Anker!

This cable seems to solve all the disintegration problems we all face using the weak manufacturer charging cable in the box with your phone. The thin plastic cable that wears out at the ending grips from all the bending during handling of the phone whilst the cable's inserted. The cable feels qstronger thicker girthed with weaved nylon that doesn't split like the standard plastic one do, as though the weak plastic cable has been lifting weights and now thick & strong it delivers a faster charge. If you suffer endless issues with your out the box black or white cables then spend the money for all those replacements on this for super charged peace of mind. You'll pat yourself on the back for a worthy problem solving purchase.Oh and the 6foot 180cm long cable can solve destructive issues also if you are always yanking on the short cable accidently, this 6ft will provide you with so much slack in surplus that it can feel wireless on initial usage.

Back in 2016 I sought a portable charger that would stand the test of time, I sought a product that was reliable and extremely well built, after ordering the PowerCore 28,600mAh I was hooked, the sheer quality screamed value for money, from there my addiction started, my girlfriend needed a new charging cable, Anker Braided Lightning Cable ordered, I bought a new phone PowerLine+ USB-C Cable ordered, both 3ft & 6ft versions for on the go and at home. I went as far as to order their PowerPort+1.In that time I've had two cables fail, my braided lightning cable that suffered a loose casing was replaced without hesitation and my PowerLine+ which wouldn't charge correctly, once I confirmed my purchase by sending my invoice two working days later I received a brand new cable. There's a reason Anker are my go-to brand for all things charging and cables where possible!

I don't normally write reviews and one for a cable seems somewhat pointless but given how impressed I was I had to let people know. The cable is not too thick but is braided and strong (the cat will have trouble chewing through this one) the connectors are very sturdy, well made and well protected with a flexible insulated rubber between the ports and the cable. To address some peoples concerns I can confirm this works perfectly with the Nintendo Switch. I've had it connected to a standard 2.1a USB socket (not a plug) and it still provides enough power to play and charge simultaniously and fast. For that purpose it's great to slip it in my travel case and recharge on the move either via a standardUSB port or a powerbank without lugging that pesky huge mains adaptor around that came with it.Very happy bunny.

Unfortunately the original item I ordered stopped charging reliably after a few weeks (!) - the connection seemed to keep cutting out. Based on other peoples' experience I was probably just unlucky to receive one of the rare duds to pass through QC.However I cannot fault Anker on their customer service. I raised a ticket with them on a Sunday evening, giving all the details, and on the Monday morning they emailed me back saying they would send me a replacement and I could keep / chuck the defective one. On Tuesday they confirmed the replacement had been shipped and on Wednesday the replacement had arrived. Monica, the customer service agent, did a great job!5* for the customer service which saves this product review from being 1*.Here's hoping this replacement lasts longer than 3 weeks ;)

My primary reason for this purchase was to maximize data transfer speeds to my Hi-Res Audio Player with a Samsung EVO microSD Card.I already have a ton of cables of varying quality levels, but have been spending a ton of time transferring music to my player, and wanted to make sure to be as efficient as possible. I don't have actual specs, but the difference is significant.· Moving gigs of music (WAV/FLAC format) I went from minutes to seconds compared to an unrated cheap cable in a USB 3 port.✔ Pros:+ Excellent data transfer speed+ Durable / Sturdy. Feels like I could use it as climbing rope+ Braided+ Attractive design+ Lifetime warranty✖ Cons:- No complaintsIf you are looking to maximize data transfer speeds,I highly recommend this one.

I brought this around a year ago and it worked amazingly. The quality seemed to be high and it supported fast charging so charged my phone quickly. Even to this day there is no damage to the externals of the product. However about a month or two ago it stopped fast charging and became rather slow. I contacted the seller to make use of the lifetime warranty, and they responded within 24 hours and sorted things out really efficiently and with lots of warmth. I'm very happy with my replacement. For the year that I had my original cable it worked very well, but of course since it stopped working I couldnt give it 5 stars for everything. Despite this, due to how quickly and easily it was replaced,I would highly recommend this product.

The quality of this cable is amazing. I opened the immaculate box to find an almost perfect cable. It is far more handsom in person. It feels like they put a lot of quality control into this. It is a long cable. I am glad they have a velcro cable tie on it. The braiding on the cable is a bit fuzzy but nothing bad as it is braided brilliantly. On a Huawei Honor 9, I can report fast charge working at 100% coupled with the Huawei fast charge plug. This is promising and means it should deliver fast charging with no biase towards Qualcomm.Definitely living up to the hype. I do not doubt it will last and keep on ticking until Qualcomm release a faster standard for charging.

I've bought numerous extra length charge cables over the years from USB to the current C Port charger. All promise fast charge support but never do they stand up to the description.I purchased this after my last C port charger failed me in no time at all & having already bought one for my partner. It's great! The quality is clear the second you unpack it, you can tell it's robust and will stand up to a lot. Most importantly, it fast charges!! An after market cable purchase is pretty standard for people these days unless sitting on top of the plug socket to use your phone whilst it charges is an option you're happy with.I'd definitely recommend this product!

I've used a variety of different providers of some of my cabling and charging requirements in the past and none of them have really been reliable which is disappointing. When I moved from having an apple phone to an Android phone I knew I wanted to get a couple of different cables so I could leave one at work and home if need be I knew right away which brand I was going to go for.Anker! Why? Because I knew from using some of their other products the amount of quality they put into each product, and great customer service. This cable is a USB a to USB c which allows me to charge my phone with any of my other USB plugs or any of the ports on my laptop.

The only thing I don't like about these cables is the pricing and all the different types that anker offers. Its confusing that you get the powerline, powerline+, premium, double braided, usb 2.0, usb 3.0. All different prices but its really hard to compare which is actually better.Anyways I think this particular cable is the best(?) USB C cable anker offer. Its got usb 3.0 transfer speed, great build quality and durable. I have bought cheaper cables from other manufacturers that promise all of the about, but have alway fail to deliver. Just spend a little more on these, you won't regret it and if you do. Anker customer services is really great.

This is a superb example of a top performing cable.I've used Anker over the years plenty and they make some solid, reliable products. This is one of them. The cable is 6ft long and protected by a nylon weave which makes it hard to tangle and easy to work with. The connectors are solid and will wear much longer than the basic ones most phone companies put in their boxes. It will do fats charge and data transfer fine (often a compromise cheaper cables make) however dash charge form oneplus requires their own cable and adaptor. Not to be confused with fast charge.Been using it on my pixel fine and the extra length is, er, very welcome lol
