I previously made the mistake of just buying the cheapest available USB C cables on Amazon assuming they're all the same. Unfortunately the set of 3 nylon cables I bought cheaply from some random brand were defective, only 1 worked properly, one didn't transfer data and one didn't work at all. On top of that I read a worrying review about a cable "smoking" so I decided to not even risk using the functioning cable.These Anker cables however work perfectly. Not only that but they look and feel much better quality straight off; the nylon cable is thick and hefty and both connectors feel robust and well made. And each cable even comes with it's own velcro/nylon cable tie.

This is a nice 2 cable USB C to USB A pack from Anker.If you have tried this brand before, you know you are getting the best customer service you can possibly get as well as high quality products.The cables come nicely packed in a convenient and discreete cardboard box.Each cable comes with a re-usable cable tie, though for the "short" length of these 2 cables (3 feet / 90 cms) you are unlikely to need them. They are handy for using with other longer cables nonetheless.The cables seem durable and robust, but very flexible as expected.They have been used for charging my mobile (SGS8) and to transfer files to/from and workes as expected.I will amend this review once I have have been using them for a while,

This deal is great, 2 top quality Anker cables for the price of one.On arrival, I was surprised to find the packaging to be fairly basic for Anker (who usually blow me away with Apple-like packaging) however this is not to be scoffed at, because the product is fantastic. 2 braided cables which are extremely high quality, with velcro straps to keep them in place when not being used.I have tried the data transfer functionality and this works well, allowing fast data transfer and also fast charging. I already own 2 of the older red USB C cables and these, although cheaper, are up to the same standards as you would expect from Anker.The dimensions and weight of the product is as advertised and overall I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with my purchase,

**UPDATE:Having left the review below that one of the many Anker items i have bought became faulty, (because I couldn't find a direct contact for Anker) , I was contacted quickly and offered a replacement free of charge. This came quickly and it has remained working, the same as the other Anker items I have. Reliable, high quality and excellent customer service. Really can't fault Anker and I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you so much for such a positive shopping experience.**************Have had this item previously and needed more cables. One no longer works after a couple of months. The brand has otherwise been excellent, so disappointed that one has become faulty so quickly.

Good quality cables, works well with my galaxy s8 charger (fast charge) , an HTC charger (normal speed charger), and car charger. The length is perfect for me at 0.9m in the car but I also bought an Anker long USB C cable for bedside charging.Good price as well considering two in a pack and and fast delivery.I have not had them for long so cannot comment on the durability, but my longer Anker cable similar to this nylon material has lasted for 2 years without any sign of damaging, I am confident this will last quite a while.Also, they are cables, not skipping rope, so, don't swing them :)Recommend!

Since moving to a phone with a USB Type-C connector I simply replaced my Anker PowerLine+ micro USB cables with Type-C version and although they worked great for some reason not one of the 5 I own has ever given a positive click when pushed in to the port on the phone (Nokia 8).This premium version however clicks in to place and gives me more confidence the lead is actually where it should be and for me they are worth the money just for that. They charge great, they look good, they seem very durable (backed up by a lifetime warranty) and they are very good value for money.

I've used Anker cables for a few years now, along with their great power-banks. My children still seem capable of destroying their iPhone cables albeit they do last significantly longer than the OEM Apple ones. Yes, they do have to contribute to replacements...I use the USB C cables with my Samsung Galaxy 9 as well as GoPros and have no doubt that they'll be durable. The tough woven outer, well designed strain relief and included cable tidy are all indicative of a premium product that make these value for money despite the higher price.

Honestly, more people should buy Anker charging cables over the normal Android ones. I bought a replacement from Samsung and it lasted a couple weeks only. I've switched to Anker after that, and I'm so happy I did because the cables have lasted so well, even though we normally bend them quite a lot when they are in use. They are very sturdy, fast-charging, and last very long. The fact that they are longer than normal charging cables is also a huge bonus, because you don't have to keep your phone extremely close to the charging spot.

Great little cables. Couldn't have been cheaper, (they were free!)I already have a set of these so I know that they are durable.I can charge my phone in around. 50 minutes with one of these, whereas some of the other, thinner cables that I own can take a good couple of hours, and that's plugging them into the same charger so it must be the cable quality that gives these results.Even if they are not on offer now, they must be good value for a few pounds.(Though not as good a value as I paid or rather didn't pay) ?

I have brought Anker products before for my previous phone and all I can say is wow. Product is well packaged, there are customer service team numbers/email/website given for any enquires. I have brought charging cable's and the cable length is always very long. But the durability is FANTASTIC. The cable is tough, strong and you can tell it is a quality item. I was so impressed the first time I brought something I just return to Anker when I replace my phone etc. Really is a great quality item and at a very good price

Thanks Monica from Amazon Customer Services for arranging to retrospectively Discount this purchase. I searched for Anker iPhone Lightning cables having recently bought a 3 pack as my family seem to make them disappear. The 3 pack was out of stock and this 2 pack was returned in the search results, I didn’t notice that they were USB C not Lightning and NO return on these cables that I have no use for so was a bit annoyed and had to go back and buy individual Anker lightning cables but all sorted now. Thanks Amazon.

We purchased these cables as we had found that our original phone charger cables had become somewhat intermittent so these were bought as replacements. Both cables work flawlessly for charging our phones (currently writing this review on my phone whilst fast charging it with one of the cables), seem well made and durable with the added bonus of the nylon sheath that helps to prevent the annoyance that comes with wires becoming tangled. Would definitely recommend as a replacement for original charging cables.

Sturdy USB A - C double pack with a braided outer sleve - they hold their shape pretty well , although if you need good flexibility to run cables in a certain way to hide them these probably aren't for you for that very reason. Hard to get too excited about a USB cable but they're undeniably decent quality, following what I've come to expect from Anker in general, and they look like they'll survive a fair amount of movement.Cable length - 90cm (~35")

I recently switched from iOS to Android, but was concerned that I'd have to find a good set of third-party cables.Luckily, Anker have more than provided for my needs with two well-made cables of excellent length!I really like the finish and weight of the cable - it feels high quality, and there's always the lifetime warranty to fall back on if needed!Would highly recommend Anker products and cables to anyone looking for third-party options.

EDIT: Anker refunded me for the cables, unfortunately they are not meant to support dash charge so I'll continue to look for alternatives"Leading Charging Technology" not really accurate, since this cable doesn't seem to support any kind of dash/fast charging technology. Also the naming convention are so bad with their product line that you can't even tell what they are clearly so you end up ordering USB 2.0 like I did by accident
