At ~€100 (~$120), this is a reasonably priced 15 year Scotch/Canadian whiskey blend. It is (somewhat unsurprisingly) comparable in taste and quality to a 15 year, non-peated Scotch. Unfortunately, the only thing "Japanese" about this whiskey is the aging, which occurs in an abandoned train tunnel, and blending.Make sure you know what you're buying going in, as many companies are similarly seeking to profit on the booming popularity of Japanese whiskey during the current shortage.
