I've been an Asbach Uralt admirer since 1976. Every year we holiday in some part of Europe and our journey back home is through Rudesheim on the Rhine so that we could load our car with sufficient number of 15 year old Asbach Uralt boxes of 6 in the earlier years and now they are three in a box. Over the years my friends got addicted to this wonderful brandy neither Cognac nor Armagnac can hold a candle. I am particularly grateful to Amazon to find an outlet to supply me and with the turmoil of Europe as I feel very reluctant to go near Europe.

Well, well, well! This is quite a superb drink. Beautiful aromas, warm but without harshness. It lacks some of the complexities of an XO Cognac and has qualities like a refined Armagnac. It is splendid. Buying another bottle now.
