This cup keeps cold drinks cold for longer. Unlike some thermos flasks and cups I t can't keep warm drinks warm.It is open at the top (to give a gap for the straw) so it is not watertight and therefore is not suitable if you want to put this in a bag, it can only be carried.It's use is somewhat limited and it probably a good product for those who enjoy buying cold drinks from coffee shops etc. The cup would keep your frapucchino (or similar) cool for longer and without having a wet hand from the condensation on the outside of the plastic cup. I have also made good use out of it during exercise on a stationary bike.Despite the top being slightly open, the double wall still keeps the drink cold for a considerable time.

This Thermos Cold Cup should be thought of as a more permanent version of the cups you get at say a Starbucks or KFC.It is designed to be filled and continually accessedo and such a scenario might see you fill it and walk to the car placing it in the cup holder and when you get out carrying it or putting it in a cup holder on a stroller or something.It's not spill proof nor is it designed to bensure and I think it's adoption is a cultural thing as in warmer climates such as the US Midwest everywhere you look people are holding a large cup of of something.It's very well built and feels a good premium product. As for the claims around 13 hrs of coolness then that's a strench,

This thermos cold cup has one big upside - it actually works and does exactly what it claims it does - and a couple of downsides, which may be major or minor depending where you will actually be using this thing.The big upside is that it does actually keep your drinks cold for a long time, although the claimed thirteen hours is probably stretching things a bit. Presumably the big factor in this is where you will actually be standing it when in use; leaving it in sunlight or next to a radiator will obviously affect its cooling abilities. I also haven't noticed any signs of condensation when in use.The downsides are that its a tad heavy, and more importantly the top isn't sealable,

This Thermos Cold Cup has proved to be an excellent way of keeping drinks cool/cold when I'm driving around different places. During the recent spell of really hot weather that we experienced this cup was keeping my drinks cold for 2 - 3 hours inside a very warm car.I found that the design was very practical as well as looking smart, it fits into the cup holders in my car no problem and cleaning is dead easy with no awkward parts or crevices. The great thing about this cup is that there is no cap to take off in order to access your drink, and the supplied straw cannot be accidentally pulled out or dropped because it is designed to be retained by the clear plastic top.Overall I am very impressed

Whether or not this is the cup for you really depends on what you want it for. For me it is ideal as a office desk cup. I use it to keep drinks cold throughout the day, and it works perfectly. I fill it up in the morning, and I haven't finished the drink by the end of the day, it is still nice and cold. Simple, pretty stylish for what it is, and nice to drink from.What it isn't, is a travel cup or a spill proof cup. I was surprised by the lid which does not close at all, as the straw is a separate item that stays in place but doesn't fold down or clip into place. If you knock it over it will be a lot less messy than a normal fully open top glass, but isn't designed to stop spillage.Overall,

Being pregnant, I have to keep hydrated and I tend to like a cool drink especially in warm weather. This cp has helped ensure that I can have a cool drink to carry along with me in the course of my day to day activities. The key disadvantage for me is the straw sticking out of the top because it means I have to hold on to it or ensure that it is kept upright all day and that is really difficult if you don't have a desk job and don't fancy having it standing in your locker while you're on the move at work. It has helped keep my drinks cooler for longer than when I had a drink in a regular sports bottle. Just follow the instructions and don't put hot drinks in it.

As the weather starts to change for the better- our thoughts turn to trying to keep cool and survive hot stuffy days in non air conditioned offices. It is strange to think of this cup solely for cold drinks but to give it credit it does the job well. My main concern was for leeks but at the moment it seems to be doing a great job. Can't say it stayed cold for 13 hours because I had drunk my drink way before that. This is a product made for hot stuffy summers - let's see how it survives. Initial impressions are good...

Very impressed with this item. I spent a good while researching different cold cups (I Know what an exciting life I lead) and this one seened to tick all my boxes. It's has a good quality feel to it. The lid fits securely and with the straw in, if it's knocked over will only cause a slight spill. So all good there. The cup keeps things cold for ages! I take it to the cinema and 5 hours later the ice I put in it is still there! Easy to watch but not dishwasher safe.Great product, 10/10 would buy again.

I like the product but just a little disappointed with Thermos ,for one it's way over priced and a plastic straw ,really ?! I bought a mencom for ten quid cheaper and it came with two shiny silver metal straws one with bend at top and a brush to clean straws plus a slider to reveal a hole to drink without straw .You will need to up your game Thermos but I did like the screw top whereas the mencom has a snap on which can be difficult to remove .

Love this! Hunted for a tumbler with straw for my desk for a while. Have other thermos products so know they’re worth; this is no exception!Keeps drinks nice and cool and handy to avoids major spills (its not totally sealed).Personally I’d have liked a slightly larger volume and a slightly longer straw.... BUT thats me being picky, otherwise greatGreat product and the price was fair compared to non branded cups too!

This beaker is quite simple: a container in brushed metal that, as expected keeps liquids either cold or hot for longer. Where it becomes more useful is through the straw - which encourages the drinking of water to try to keep up with daily targets. The lid is transparent - which also helps to see how much you're drinking.

Didn't keep drinks as cold for as long as They profess but I think that's down to it not being a completely sealed unit aka the air in the straw. None the less very happy with it and mostly kept my G&Ts nice and chilled in the Cuban sun.

Great product, had a travel mug before with a completely closed lid, and even though this has the hole where the straw is it somehow still keeps my coffee very hot for a lot longer! Can’t recommend enough

I wouldn't say it's 100% leakproof, but it'll definitely lessen any spills with the way it's designed. Keeps temperature well for hours, hot or cold.

Great item. Love it. Ice doesn't melt, even in extreme heat, for about 6 hours. Stays lovely and cool all night am drinking so much more water now.
