This is one of the best thermos mugs I have tried. Being an avid tea drinker, I drink a lot of tea but I also hate cold tea and waste. This is a good compromise. It keeps my tea warm for 2 hours. I work in a freezing office and I drink to keep warm. I also use it when I take my dog for a walk. Basically, this is the main 'mug' that I use. It is easy to hold and drink from. The only thing I have noticed is that the cap that you move to show/hide the mouthpiece can sometimes come loose but that is from several months of intensive use. When it is at £3 I just buy another one.Tip: if you notice that it gets a bit 'manky' or smelly then fill it up with water and add some bicarbonate of soda.

Only dislike is "leakproof/not leakproof" issue. Several reports on here say it leaks. I have had a couple of cups of coffee out of it and no leaks. It doesn't glug either. Very easy to clean. Fits in my car. Keeps the drink hot for a couple of hours. Can use single handed.It is not stainless steel - it is plastic with a stainless steel band around the middle. I like the handle. It looks good enough. There is a clear warning on it to keep it upright - it might leak if left on side i.e. knocked over.It was very cheap. Delivered following day by Royal Mail. Good value for money.Despite the "leak or not leak" issue I have given it 5* and would recommend it.

I like this mug because the cap is screw down and with a deeper lip, therefore there is minimum spillage. Keeps coffee made with boiling water (from a kettle) hot for well over an hour. If using coffee etc from a vending machine ( I am a trucker for a supermarket chain, and top up at depots or stores) then it is slightly less.The downsides are 1. When screwed on tightly the cap stops in a position that makes the mug right handed, for a driver who needs to hold it left handed, you will need to hold it like a tumbler etc2. do not machine wash otherwise the mug will fill with water between the layers.

Got this mug as it flashed up as a recommendation for under £10.Thought it would go well in the car when driving.Although the mug does the job in that it fits the cup holder in my car, it is not very spill proof and the material unfortuantely feels a little cheap considering the brand from where it originates.If you know you can guarantee a non stop start drive unlike in London then this may be the mug for you.Cleaning wise although nice and smooth looking, the internals are a bit fiddly and around the treads (i think they are called treads where you screw the cap on).

This mug states it is splash proof rather than leak proof, which is true. I paid just under £5 and I think it's more or less what I expected for that price. Yes, you do have to hold it completely upright for the contents to stay in the mug, but this version does have a screw-on lid so no leaks from there. I have only used it for hot drinks so far and I followed the instructions of filling with hot water for 3 minutes first to warm the mug but it still doesn't keep the drink hot for as long as it states, really you need to drink within an hour otherwise it rapidly cools.

Lots of reviews suggesting that this thermos leaked, but that hasn't been my experience so far. I have used this a few times now, and nothing has leaked from it (as long as it is kept upright as the instructions say). At this stage I'm not convinced that it is very good as a thermal cup, as it feels like my drink is cooling quicker than I would have liked. I will continue to use it, and possibly leave it for a little longer as a thermal test, and if it keeps my drink nice and hot I will come back and change my rating to 5 stars!

Bought the product for travel purposes and it has worked extremely well to hold hot drinks. I have not tried to put cold drinks in the mug but I'm sure it would be just as good. Would suggest not filling the cup to the top as this can cause the drink to spill out the lid. Additionally, the mug should be kept upright as I've had many occasions where the mug has moved in my bag and my drinks leaked out. That being said for the price it is a very good product and does the job.

As others have said there is an issue with the bottom of the thing, and isn't a flask so you cant tip it upside down, but providing you're careful when you wash it it does everything you would like from a mug. Only issue I have (#firstworldproblems) is that the lid only goes on in the right handed drinking position, this is mainly for my car where all the cup holders are on my left in the centre, which makes it a little difficult to use the handle.

overall this is a great travel mug, but like the sticker says on the side. this cup is not spill proof so dont tip it over. also if your left handed its not very good for u unless u dont want to use the handle which i didnt so i just got a saw and carefully cut it off. worked like a charm and i am a happy coffee guzzler again :). keeps a drink hot/warm for at least 2-3hours depending on how many times u open the spout.

I bought a couple of these as the two i had been using for a few years were getting a bit ropey. They always keep drinks nice and hot for an 90 minutes or so and are easy to hold and drink from. I use mine for my hour commute in the morning in the car. They are no leak proof, not do they claim to be. You will not get leakage around the seal, but the mouth piece will always allow leakage, which is fine for me.

This is the second time I am ordering this product. Its great for when you're on the go and it keeps my tea hot, to the point where I have to wait around 10-15 minutes just to drink it! One thing I would say is that if you put it in your bag and there is even a little bit of liquid inside it, it will most definitely leak and go everywhere, so do be careful. On the whole, great product indeed.

I had brought this item for my husband to take to work with him. He is very pleased with the product it has not leaked and it keeps his coffee nice and hot. He said the only thing that is a little annoying is the mouth part as its quite small but other than that he is really impressed.I was also very pleased with the delivery as it was very quick I could not believe how quickly it arrived.

Not exactly leak proof, but it does not claim to be. The lid at the top screws on, so it stays on, but even if the flap is closed liquid comes out if it tips. It keeps the drink warm for an acceptable amount of time and it isn't too heavy and looks decent. It would be hard to find a better one at a cheaper price. It fits nicely into cup holders. It holds about 380ml comfortably.

This is a good travel mug, better than some others on the market just now. Although not leakproof, the top screws on rather than just a push-on type. Stood up well in my car cup holders. Keeps your coffee warm for ages. One gripe - the sticky label near the bottom at the back of the mug. Remove this at your peril. I cannot get the glue-y remains off. Have tried everything.

My new morning commute cup, fill it with my coffee on the morning and im set for my journey to work. Fits inside my drinks holder and doesn't rattle or move around. No leakes and a really handy handle means I don’t have to touch the actual mug and chance burning my hands. The handle stays cool and the drink stays hot for a long time. Works as a travel mug perfectly.
