I bought this for those times when going on a long trip with an early start and sonething that will actually fit into my rather diddy car cup holders ( I have a Nissan Note).I will need to update this later as I have only used it a few times being as my hubby keeps stealing it to use ( He has his own Thermos flask cup of a different style). So far so good, it keeps the drinks hot enough but to how many hours, I need to test.I decided on the black ThermoCafé cup to match my car and the fact I have never been a girly girl. The lid screws on with flip lid for the drinking hole however the little dot which helps it to seal does get in the way of my nose (see Photo where finger is pointing too).

I bought this to replace another Thermos that I’d had for years. When it arrived I noticed that the walls were considerably thinner than my previous flask so I was a little worried about how well it would retain heat. This thing is magic, not only does it keep drinks warm for hours but it’s comfortable to hold and nice to drink from. It’s also a lovely design so looks good. The rubber grip around the middle means that it’s comfortable to hold. I plan on taking this out on my boat through the winter and I know it’ll be a godsend when I’m a few miles out and freezing cold!

I'm a lorry driver so subsequently am fuelled by good quality coffee and I need a sturdy mug. This mug is well made and keeps drinks hot for a reasonable amount of time, the first cup poured from a flask will stay hot for about an hour and warm for about two hours, it depends how many times you open the lid to drink obviously.My only niggle is that when the lid is fully open to drink it catches the tip of your nose leaving a drip of coffee on the end of your snout, not a good look.

I’ve had a Thermos before and was really good for years until I snapped the handle with some forceful washing up ha!Other mugs/flasks leaked or didn’t really keep the drink warm. This doesn’t leak at all and whereas I used to drink the whole coffee on way to work, I now have half left because it’s so hot still!Outside stays completely cold so no burnt fingers.Highly recommend especially for price.

Really impressed with the quality of this. it fits perfectly into my Audi A5 cup holder and keeps the coffee hot for long journeys. I had accidentally left a full cup of coffee in it and not taken it to work. I tried it some 9 hours later when I returned and it was still warm, only luke warm but I thought it would have been flat cold. A good sturdy product that's great for what you need.

Very pleased with this purchase - excellent at retaining heat (2+ hours), 100% leak-proof and easy to hold. I totally disagree with review in Saturday 13 January Daily Mail which states downside "when drinking, your nose tends to bump against the lid, an annoying design flaw in an otherwise good mug" - all I can say is the reviewer must have a very large nose!!

Takes several attempts to seal lid, even then it’s not to be trusted. Keeps liquids hot for a long time, though.Avoid- it’s an expensive mug that doesn’t work very well.* update: returned item for a replacment mug, and this one works perfectly- must have had a rouge mug first time!

A winning birthday "extra" for my wife! I can verify it does keep drinks hot for a good while. Not sure about 3 hours, but after an hour, my wife took a sip of tea from it and it was still scalding hot!It's a nice design and fits easily in the car cup-holder.Highly recommended.

Very good, looks stylish, it kept my tea hot for over an hour and as long as kept upright I’m sure it won’t spill - was a bit worried it would be annoying to drink from as the lip is quite deep but was actually fine, I’m getting another one for my boyfriend today.

Fits well in car, perfect size, nice to hold and keeps drinks really cool / hot as needed. Only improvement would be the flow rate, but I slightly loosen the lid to help and it still does not spill any. But its not slow enough for this to lose a star. Really happy

Fits in car holder easily. As long as you screw the lid town with the drinking hatch open and then close, to seal the vacuum, it is leakproof. Even when I’m driving, to let my coffee cool, I open the drinking hatch and it doesn’t splash. Brilliant product.

I absolutely love this cup! I have used it every day for weeks and can say i've had no issues at all. I throw it in my bag before I leave for work and have had no leaks what so ever. It looks nice and is easy to clean, perfect.

I use mine whilst sailing .. 1 : it falls over all the time (being on a boat ) but it never leaks ... 2 : stays hot for ages long after everyone else is making another hot drink. Best one I’ve ever had ....

What I desired was a mug that is BPA-free, keeps my coffee warm, doesn't spill, anti-slip and fits easily in my backpack. This product has the features that matched exactly what I needed.

This does an excellent job at keeping coffee hot - several hours if unopened. Haven't had any leakage issues, although it always goes in my bag upright. Looks smart too.
