This is a decent camping kettle, which is also fine for temporary use in the home. Eg. We used it on our gas stove when we had the electricity switched off due to the electrics being done, however I wouldn't recommend it for long term daily use due to the light nature and tin-ie feel. My parents have a heavier more substantial one they use daily and cost a lot more new and I would reccommend one of these for every day. This however is absolutely fine for camping and good for intermittant use. Does what a kettle does +/- the whistle if you want it.

I do like the finger holds on lid and whistle as they are easy to grip with arthritic hands. The handle stays cool and is also easy to grip. So the kettle is slower than electric ones but I'm getting used to that and have what I wanted - space on worktop in my small kitchen.

We bought this to go camping but I waited until after the first use to write the review. It was a perfectly, adequate kettle, thin and light enough to boil water quickly. The whistle wasn't as loud as I expected but enough as an alert that it was coming to the boil.

I bought this kettle to use with a portable gas ring to have a brew on days out. The kettle is good and quite stylish. However, the whistle is very quiet! I did contact Sunn to see if I could get a replacement but I have not had a response so far!

Its a stainless steel kettle bought for my boat to which I can say does the job well, boils fairly quickly depending on water amount cleans well after use.Delivery was quick and the price was fair.

bought this for my husband he loves it he takes it in his truck with him he has had a few kettles in the past and he says this is one of the best

Excellent product works really well and the removable lid is a bonus not all camping kettles have this feature - good value item ++++

This camping kettle looks and works well. Holds a great amount of water and has a lovely whistle. Very pleased with this kettle.

The kettle is just what we wanted. Good capacity and doesn't drip. Very pleased with it.
