Extremely pleased with every aspect of this purchase, firstly the quality of this teapot is very good and nicely manufactured to a good degree, also it has a precise fitting lid that sits comfortably within its apperature and fits snugly without requiring any tugging to remove it. The finishing is in a highly polished surface and the handling is very comfortable with the aid of an additional handle placed atop of the teapot behind the spout to assist in easy pouring. However the best compliment is that I ordered this teapot at roughly 4pm on a Sunday afternoon, and by 8pm it had been dispatched, by 9am on Monday morning I received a text from Amazon telling me the order would be delivered that day,

CATERING TEAPOT RECEIVED WITHIN DELIVERY TIME QUOTED, BUT RECEIVED DAMAGED. A DENT AT THE BASE OF THE TEAPOT. NOT SUFFICIENT PACKING.AS I NEEDED THIS TEAPOT FOR MY USE AT MY LOCAL CAMERA CLUB, I SEND AN EMAIL TO THE SUPPLIERS, AND SAID I WAS PREPARED TO RECEIVE AN APPROPRIATE CREDIT, TO SAVE THE TROUBLE OF RETURNING. THIS WAS VERY PROMPTLY PUT IN PLACE, WITH THE OUTCOME TO MY SATISFACTION.THE TEAPOT JUST IDEAL FOR MY REQUIREMENTS.

These teapots are great value for money. I ordered two. They donlt drip are lovely and shiny, strong yet lightweight. The teapot is perfect if catering for small to medium sized groups of (say) 20-40 people. I bought two and they were actually great when I catered for almost 100 people. The 4.5 litre teapot holds about 25-30 cups (depending on size of cup). Not too heavy even when full. Highly recommended.

lovely shiny pot, I tried it out at home using water , it is easy to pour and not too heavy. only problem is actually seeing where you are pouring, have to position your hand so that you can see what you are doing, so this means using 2 fingers to steady the pot not your whole hand, could make it more tiring on the hand, maybe??as yet have not used it for its purpose of pouring at least 20 cups of tea.

My wife and I bought this teapot for our monthly grandparents, granduncle / aunts, cousins etc. reunion. We are lucky enough to live quite close to each other, so every month we gathered up for a nice big family lunch. This pot is ideal for such big gatherings. Very well made, big but still pretty light... Really happy with this product!

This teapot is brilliant! Wanted it for catering for about 40 people and it met all my expectations. Read the other reviews and totally agree - it pours without dripping and because it's very light, when you fill it up, it's not too heavy to lift especially because it has the other handle at the front. I can really recommend this.

Not the most beautiful item but definitely what I wanted. Have only used it once but it was very easy to use for catering for drinks for 30. The 2nd handle helps to direct the flow of tea, and being made of aluminium, the teapot itself is light. It is easy to wash and dry - exactly what we needed for larger than usual groups.

Good value for small sports club and easy to use without risk of spills or scalding as the second handle gives good balance. Admittedly the steel is not very thick but this keeps the weight down and tea should not ware it out hopefully.Spot welds could be a problem if become loose would have been better s/s screws.

We had struggled for the last year or so using one of the snub-nosed large teapots we were donated which leaks everywhere. If only we had known how good the Sunnex 8 pint catering teapot was, we would have bought it a year ago. It is light-weight, easy to handle and does not drip. Can't recommend it highly enough.

this teapot is a very good product. holds a large amount of tea and keeps it warm for hours. easy to pour also. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that it is a little difficult to clean. (if i wasn't the one who had to clean it, i would most certainly rate this as a 5 star product)Thanks

This is large so make sure you check that you need something this size before ordering. We use it in our functions for well over 100 people and it performs well whether boiling water or milk, brewing tea or just to pour from. Handles are solid enough and it has been easy to clean and maintain.

Parents association looking for tea pots to use occasionally & didn't want to spend too much. Got this for excellent price. Quality far better than price would suggest. Definitely recommend this. Great delivery & Packing - packing all recycleable brown paper & cardboard! Delighted with this

I bought this as a leaving gift for my old office. Since I got it it must have made close to 1000 plus pots of tea. It holds enough for I guess 15-20 cups. It's not mega thick and heavy but appears to be sturdy enough for the job (the number of brews made is testement to that).

Needed this for a family post-wedding tea party get together. Unfortunately forgot to equip ourselves with suitable sized kettle(s) to service this beast, but with a bit of ingenuity we got in the swing and were able to satisfy even the most persistent teaholics!

The first one leaked from the join of the spout, but no hassle at all to get it replaced promptly and the postage was refunded. The second one looks as expected; a giant, shiny teapot. The second handle is necessary for a pot this weighty when full. A bargain.
