Bought the medium(4cm size) for making falafel. Seems to be the perfect size for that. Easy to use and easy to clean. Works perfectly. Build quality is top-notch industrial standard, can't fault it. The only downside is the price. I assume medium is the most popular size but it is also the most expensive, by far. If you have the cash or make a lot of falafel go for it.

Bought as a gift and the receiver really likes it. Seems durable but they have not tested it yet. Only complaint is that delivery took a long time but it was also being delivered to Sweden.
