Very comfortable footwear for use on trails, approaches and in somewhat demanding terrain. It can also be used daily or for a walk. The fabric is flexible and wears well in the backpack. The sole grips quite well. I live in a mountain area and by using them in the area I have been quite happy. With the gtx membrane I can use them on wet and rainy days. In my case it adapts very well to the foot and the size is correct. Good choice.

Sturdy and suitable for trekking shoes for the rigid insole suitable for stony paths. They can also be used safely on via ferrata routes in the Dolomites. I also chose them because they don't look bad if you wear them at the hotel in the evening and they do the small foot. Previously I owned the X ALP in leather and I was unable to fully consume them even after 3 years of intense use. I hope these give me the same satisfactions.

Very stable and light shoes, made for moving on challenging trails. Used them for mountain trekking and climbing via-ferrata trails. I have used previously boots on these trails and these shoes were better on via-ferrata and almost on par during trekking on rocky Dolomites. These shoes are quite pricey, but the versatility justifies the price. Recommended.

Lightweight, great grip, waterproof, pretty narrow. Good LIGHTWEIGHT shoe. Will use as a secondary approach/hiking shoe. Not substantial enough to be a primary hiker or approach for anything requiring lots of miles, scree or carrying much pack weight. Good substitute for sneakers at the end of the day around campsite.

Light and comfortable shoe for spring / summer trekking. Excellent for approaching climbing or even just for everyday use in the city. Salomon stands for quality and durability.

Shoe still little worn but apparently well made. Shoe a little tight like other shoes from Salomon.
