These are very comfortable straight out of the box trainers. Extremely lightweight but not waterproof. However you can buy special waterproofing for these shoes. They are true to size and despite other reviews saying they run small this style and pair of size 5 are fitting as expected and not too small. One minor detail is that the shoe is much darker than the picture suggests. Its actually very dark grey/black and peach. However it looks good anyway.

With Salomon I always ask for 2/3 more of the number I fit and they go perfect (With thick sock) The shoes are comfortable and fit well at the foot. In the mountains they have enough grip and with rain they wet something but dry quickly. The only negative thing is that the upper fabric of the toe is very thin and goes quite cold if you wear a thin sock. In my case, with a thermal sock, once I start walking and I get warm, this is not a problem.

A little lighter in colour than shown in the photo but very comfortable to wear, the trainers are light on your feet & hug your feet so fit well.These have Ortholight liners which protect the feet when wearing,not a bad idea if used for walking.Price was good to for Hiking footwear to,these are lace up & not the quick pull to do up.A good quality trainer for walking that supports the feet.

Compared different brands, models. This is what I bought bc other recommendations. They indeed feel comfortable (for how comfortable protecting hiking shoes can be) Bought size 42 although in normal shoes I wear a 40. Fits perfectly, very pretty shoe too. I use with my special insoles. Replacing of original ones problem free. Still great after 3 years!

These were great value for money and I ordered them in my usual size of a 7. They arrived and I could barely get my foot inside, in the end, and after seamless returns, I have ended up with an 8 (and even they are quite snug). I'd order at least a size up, if I hadn't already worn mine, I would have returned them again and got an 8.5!

Shoes were fine. However, although my partner had shoes of the same size, from same supplier, they have probably stretched a bit to accommodate growing/extending feet. Sadly the new pair were too small to be able to walk in.She'll probably have to go to a shop, where things can be tried on. But, these are great shoes.

I am usually a size 5 but my previous Salomon walking shoes were a 5 1/2 so this is what I ordered. They were way too small. A size 6 has just arrived and it is just about okay. The shoes are a great colour and seem to give good support.

Shoes are very comfortable from the first wearing. Good fit. No need to ‘break them in’. Good walking shoes. Only downside was colour was brighter than shown on website, I would have preferred a more muted tone.

The most comfortable walking shoes I've ever had. No blisters or rubbing from the first day of putting them on. Love them, well worth the money. Very sylish also.

I bought the size that usually chock but had to return and buy the size up. Other than that are excellent. Just like as in the picture.

Fast service, in less than 48 hours, I was at home. I must say that the size is a bit fair, but the shoe is very comfortable.
