Having had the previous models, I can say that the 25 is the same size as the 23 and 24. So if you are replacing a worn out older model Kayano, just buy like-for-like.I'm a 9 (with quite a bit of toe room) in normal shoes so I find a 9.5 or 10 is perfect in this model of running shoe. You definitely want larger than your normal shoe size but only by one size.I would say the 25 feels more like the 23 than the 24. The 24 seemed to have less cushioning under the front of the foot/toes when compared to the 23. The 25 feels like it has reverted back to the older models design and that's fine as I've three pairs of 23's and they are absolutely excellent.The Kayano is very well cushioned and a very durable shoe.

I've been sold on Asics in general for the last 6 years and have multiple pairs of the cumulus, gel kinsei and quantum 360's.These newest Quantum 360 4's are really attractive shoes. Fit is on par with the rest of the 360 lineup. These are a bit more refined, I like the lacing system preferring the short setup myself. They are a bit warm as noted already but in exchange you get a nice toe box that will hold its shape much better than previous models. This improves the aesthetic aspect of the shoe greatly in my opinion. Let me say I'm also not buying this shoe because I run marathons. I don't run at all actually. I last did road work during my boxing career more than 10 years ago.

I do AV for a very large entertainment facility and I walk a minimum of 8 miles a day. Some days when I am pulling a 18 to 20 hour shift I can do as many as 25 miles and as expected my feet are killing me by the time I am done if not long before. I have tried many different types of shoes and most barely last 2 or 3 months. I have even tried expensive inserts and still end up failing after a week or two. I was very hesitant in paying this much for shoes just to go bad in a few weeks or so. Well I can say so far they have been worth it. My feet haven't hurt since I have had them which is amazing in itself. So far they are still as comfortable as the first day I put them on.

Ran 5 pairs of Kayano 22 before switching to the 25 series. I also have pairs of Brooks I rotate in. I have about 200 miles on the shoe. These met my expectations for the Kayano. Much more stability without being truck like. Definitely feel like I have a solid platform under my foot - very stable. A bit heavy but I use them for longer slow runs, not speed work so it’s fine. Only complaint is they seem to get wetter / more sweaty in the humid Carolina summer than the 22 so they smell more and the logos inside the shoes have worn away. With 200 miles the bottoms are wearing well but the plastic guidance bar is really chewed up which I’ve never encountered before. Just an observation.

I have worn every Asics Kayano shoe since the Kayano 14 or 15. 10 Generations of this shoe and some have been better than others. I can relate these to the Kayano 19 the most. The heel cups and is so comfy. These are back to their former glory with size. There was a season or 2 there around Kayano 23 that the size was changed about half a size and they messed with it. It had me changing my running/walking shoes to Brooks. I hated it. I wear a size 16 and there is no going up half a size so this was a big deal for me. I wear these for every day life walking, running, office wear. They feel so good. The only thing I don't like which I didn't take a star away because i'm not a psychopath and I have no control over is color.

What a great fit. I have flatter feet and am right on the border of D and EE (for width). Most times D is just a touch too narrow but a EE is too wide even for thicker socks. This is the first time trying the Kayano and I didnt expect them to be any different. I was wrong. A perfect fit. The little bit extra in the toe box is an added bonus. The cushioning caught me by surprise. I knew it felt good, but until I put on my older shoes I didn’t realize just how much. As for the looks.....I didnt want to go dark and am not usually a fan of white color. However, the mix of colors with the white looks very sharp.Now with all this said, I have only walked in them. I have yet to run,

straight out of the box and onto a six mile run, just bounced along. I have been bying Asiscs for years and albeit the more expensive pair,the kinsie, i have had kayano 25,s before but went back to these as the kinsie is out of the park with regards to cost. So the 25,s well they are just great, fit to size perfect, they seem to have a bouncy spring and just run fine, seems to adjust your running stle { for the better} they will test your legs for sure, its like you have been cheating yourself for years, its like thes e25,s are an old friend , back on your feet to help you, i am more amazed each time i wear them, they dry out fine, no niggles with ankles or anything else.

I bought these shoes to replace my well worn existing ones which I really like. They are the same make and model. I first tried to find them in a local retail store but because they are an older model the local retail stores no longer carry them. Before ordering these shoes from SHOEBACCA I had never ordered nor wished to order shoes from an online retailer so I was a bit anxious about what I would actually receive. The shoes arrived a few days early and any doubts I had about the authenticity of the shoes were quickly put to rest! These shoes from SHOEBACCA are authentic (even came in the manufactures show box) and a perfect fit and replacement to my original store bought shoes.

Best shoes (Keyano 25) this is my 5th pair of Keyano's since they change every year. Started out with theKeyano 23's and can actually say that this shoe continues to get better with every new model. This model is bestfor people with medium to high arches! I used to wear nothing but nike airmax$180/pair... after my first pair no more Nike's ever since the last year airmax that was close to a running shoe was the 2013 model. The asics provide better arch support and feels like your walking on pillows. They are a true running shoe not just a fashion shoe like others (nike airmax, shox, Go to a retailer that sells asics and try a pair on and I bet if your already not wearing Asics you will switch

Beautiful shoes, both on appearance and craftsmanship. These shoes feature many designs of competitors but at a very reasonable price. The heel support is a greatly appreciated upgrade from my previously used running shoes, I'd recommend this for anybody that suffers with heel striking when running or general shinsplints due to the absorption material used.The heel features a great support that will almost always hold your heel in a supported position, which is great when dealing with overpronation.The only negative I would put forward would be that the foot can get noticeably warmer when running when transfering over from the Adidas or Nike Zoom range, I also wouldn't recommend these if you're trying to set very fast PBs.

These shoes are THE shoe. I'll say it again: these shoes are THE shoe for running and just general working out. The support and comfort they offer is simply astounding. I feel like I'm walking on clouds, especially when they're new right out of the box. The support they offer deteriorates over time with use, but what shoe doesn't? I would wear my 2-year-old Asics over a brand new pair of Nike's anyday, That's how good these are.The only downside is the steep price. Even the models that are three generations older can be a large sum when it comes to running shoes. But I can confidently say it is worth absolutely every penny when you're running.

I had worn Kayano's for years up until the 23's and 24's. Those models seemed to hurt my feet. This version seems to have fixed the issues that were bothering me (mostly in the forefoot and toe area) and feel comfortable like the earlier versions. I will note that while it does have some cushioning in the heel, it is not quiet as squishy as some prior versions. I recall the first time I put on earlier versions and it felt like I was running on a cloud. Didn't quite get that same feeling in these, but still great cushion. Likely depends on personal preference.I actually found the blue option to be a design I like - so often these running shoes don't come in color schemes that I would care to wear anywhere but while running,

These shoes were wonderful. We got these for our trip to Orlando last week. (My husband and I both bought a pair - the women’s wasn’t the same support wise for me so I ordered a pair of these in my size too.)Bought them a week before trip to “break them in” then wore them the whole week while going to universal studios and islands of adventure every day Monday through Thursday.Thanks to good ole watches/phone apps we were able to keep track of our steps/miles walked each day and we averaged 9-11 miles per day. Excellent support and comfort. No achy feet at the end of the day.Thank God he found these shoes for our trip. Total walking of 40/50 miles walked while down there. Excellent.

OMG these shoes are the best running shoes I have bought!! I owned a pair of Nike Pegasus and I started to experience pain in my left calf. Muscle pain from an old basketball injury. I just could not run more than 2k. I tried 3 times. So I investigated and researched. Went into an ASICS store got recommended 2 shoes. The Gel Kayano was one of them. Tried them on they fit like a glove. Ordered on amazon. And omg I ran to 2k no pain. 3k then 5 k then 8k. No pain. The stability on these shoes are so friggin amazing. I highly recommend here to all runners who have experienced muscle pain due to over pronation. I am so ecstatic. I run in them all the time. I also wear them to play cricket.

Will be returning this shoe (again). Made the order because I wanted the color as depicted in the photo, but did not notice the description was black on black. The description was certainly right and the photo wrong. Made an order through ASICS of the same selection and got the same black shoe, so the issue lies there at the source, not with my particular Amazon vendor. I decided to go with another color altogether to avoid yet another black shoe, and this time I’m very happy with the result. Great fit, and awesome support. I suffer from mild osteoarthritis and this shoe certainly reduces the pain.
