This particular style of shoe is very supportive and shock absorbing. I have a labral tear in my hip so it is important that I have shock absorbing shoes but also comfortable arch support so that my knee doesn't roll inward and toss that hip out of line. The only thing I noticed was that my usual 6.5 caused my toe to hit right at the front edge. I realized that when I walked for long periods of time, this could be a problem especially with socks even though the material does stretch in that area. I switched out for a 7 which made the toe area work, but now I have to lace up tightly to stabilize my foot in the shoe/ on the sole in order to get the stabilization that was intended by the design.

I have been using Brooks running shoes since 2014. I highly recommend their options with the ‘guiderails’. The built-in sides prevent from rolling your ankle and prevent rotating your hip in a way that’s almost impossible to avoid when running in shoes without them. It’s something that happens and you probably don’t notice it. (I know I didn’t) It keeps your hips aligned to improve your form and it’s a life saver. They are amazing. I trained in them for a marathon and had ZERO foot, leg, shin, knee, or hip pain afterwards. Before using the Brooks shoes, I was using Nike/Adidas...etc all the typical name brands and I would get shin splints, I had knee problems, and my hips would ache.

Highly recommended shoes if you have tendinitis! I work in a gym and work out nearly every day and I train hard. I am 52 years old, 5 feet tall and 113 pounds. I developed extremely painful feet in a very short period time and went to a foot doctor. He said my gym shoes had no support and that I had damaged my feet and had peroneal tendinitis. He gave me a list of shoes that he recommended and Brooks was the number one recommendation. I was skeptical to pay $130 for a pair of shoes for myself, but I did it. The shoes have made a big difference in my comfort level. My feet are not fixed, but they are much improved and my workouts don’t exacerbate the problem any longer now that I’m wearing these shoes.

I discovered Brooks Adrenaline GTS about 6 years ago when looking for shoes to accommodate my severe ankle trauma and injuries from 6 years before that. (two broken ankles in two places, one compound, both held back together with hardware). I had never found a shoe that provided both cushion and support to give me a pain-free running experience. The first Brooks I had were wonderful but very heavy. I was reluctant to get them again but was assured at my local running store that I would be even happier with the newer model. They were right - the GTS 18s were a dream to wear and run in! When it was time for new ones I went for the GTS 19s and again, absolutely amazing for running.

I have been wearing Brooks since the 1980s, when I ran about 5 miles a day. I tried many other expensive brands of running shoes, but they never had as much support or lasted as long as Brooks. These days I walk, but still want a lot of support due to old running injuries and knee pain. My mom has 2 pairs of Adrenaline GTS for walking, so I decided to try them. They have a lot of support overall (in a good way) and are comfortable. Like all the Brooks I've ever worn, they make you feel like you are walking on soft, sturdy cushions and they don't flatten down with repeated wear. I also bought Brooks Richochet from Amazon and love them too. Great shoe, highly recommended!

I bought these for my mom for walking. They have a low drop, so they’re perfectly fine for walking not just running. She has heel spurs on one foot and a Morton’s neuroma in the forefoot on the other, so she really needs good shoes that fit properly.She absolutely loves them! She always used to love Nike Air Zoom Pegasus, but for some reason she doesn’t like the new ones. I bought her six pairs of other types of Nikes before I had her try these. She is so happy to finally find shoes that she loves, and that makes me happy!I tried them on, too, and I think - after 25 years of running almost exclusively in Nikes - my next pair of running shoes are going to be these, even though I don’t really care for how they look.

What a great sneaker! I've worn these for several months now and love them! These Brooks Womens Adrenaline GTS 19 Running Shoes are everything they're advertised to be and more! First, let me say - I'm not a runner! But I am a walker. I need shoes with good support that fits right and that are comfortable on my feet as I go about my day. I may be standing long hours or just out for my daily walk, but either way I need a shoe that feels good, giving me enough support so I don't end up with my feet, legs, and/or back aching by the end of the day! I found these to be true to size as I ordered my normal size in a wide width. Love that I took them right out of the box, slipped them on, and felt wonderful.

Its the perfect shoe for me. Running 70k a week, with slight pronation (not severe) and wanting some slight stability shoe, this shoe ticks all the boxes, including for a plush yet not overly marshmallow ride that ‘sucks in your energy on cushy foot landing but never gives it back to you’. This shoe gives back. Decent road response. Even tho its not touted as a PB or 5k shoe per se, i ran a pb 5k in a solo time trial in them. They are always first choice shoe on a long run cause i never think about footwear whilst wearing them, they disappear such is the ease of Adrenaline 19. The upper is super breathable and comfy. The sole wears VERY well for about 750km my first pair. This is my 3 rd pair now.

I have a really difficult time finding running shoes to fit since I am an between a AA and AAA size 9. There are not very many companies that make narrow shoes. I used to only purchase Asics, but they no longer make narrow width shoes. I was on the hunt for new shoes for a recent trip and only had about 2 weeks to break them in. I came across these shoes and took a leap of faith, and boy was I pleased with my decision. I have never had a pair of running shoes that didn't hurt for the first week or so as I broke them in. These have been the MOST comfortable running shoes I have ever purchased from day one. I spent 2 weeks in NYC, and was averaging about 6 miles a day and not once did my feet feel tired or sore.

I am SO thankful that my sister-in-law recommended this brand of shoes to me!!! These shoes have saved my feet! I had plantar fasciitis so bad that I hardly could walk (the pain was so severe). Even after buying very expensive orthotics for my normal shoes I could not get any relief. These felt GREAT right out of the box! I started feeling relief right away. After I became used to them I added the fancy orthotics that I had purchased (on top of the existing insoles) to give my arch even more support. Not sure if I really needed it but they seemed to feel even better. My feet are much better now (I had been this way so long that I thought they were a lost cause).

I have neutral feet with a high arch, but my local running store recommended these shoes for a stability issue with my knee. I tried them on the treadmill in the store and they felt great; I was indecisive between these and a pair of Mizunos - I bought the Mizunos locally to support my local store, and planned on going back for these Brooks when I had the money. Saw these here for such a great price I couldn't believe it - I verified that Charm City Run is a known and respected running store so I felt safe buying the shoes here from them as the seller and am SO GLAD I did! I got the color I wanted and at an affordable price.

I love these shoes, they are my first pair of Brooks. I order the Ghost’s first which were a bit too supportive for me, they felt a little ridged. The Adrenaline GTS are just right. I have life long bunions so the wide/D size was just right you and able to tighten the midsole perfect but your toes have plenty of room to breath they don’t feel cramped or crowded at all. They have enough support and cushion that it feels more like I was floating but good spring back, which really helped to open up my stride. Also if you’re not sure which type is for you check out the Brooks website first. They have a shoe quiz you can take that helps guide you in the right direction.

I'm not sure I answered the questions right. I was out of town shopping for a comfortable shoe. A woman stepped forward and said that her podiatrist told her that the best shoe was Brooks. She wasn't able to afford them at the time. I've been grateful for that conversation. These shoes are like wearing a sponge on your feet. I have a ton of shoes, but I can't wear regular shoes right now. They are all I can wear and I like the way that they look. People stop me and ask if I'm wearing Brooks. I wish the price wasn't as high as it is, but I feel like I have to buy them. If foot comfort has to be a priority in your life, wear Brooks. You won't be sorry.

I switched over to Brooks Adrenaline a year ago after I was fed up with the inconsistency in sizing of my previous ‘go to’ running shoes (ASIC GT 2000). The support is good for any overpronatot like me. I do find that with any running shoes I have to switch out for Greensoles inserts, but I think that is a product of my special feet that need even more support :). This is my second pair of Brooks Adrenaline and I’ve been happily putting in 10-25 miles running weekly. They are quality, don’t rub or give blisters. I like the slight elasticity in the shoe laces. Would recommend to a friend...but my best friend already swears by these as well!

I love these shoes! I have orthotics so I had to size up to get them to fit. I also am healing from a partial tear in my ankle. These shoes had NO hotspots straight out of the box. Put them on and spent 12 hours in them first day! I will buy again however my negative is the tear that has occurred on the inside of the ankle portion. Why? It is not like my stride is wrong, or I rub my ankles together while walking. Defective Yes! For a shoe this expensive I am surprised. I have always worn Nike, this is my first pair of Brooks. Love the shoe but disappointed with the quality for the price!I have a photo but not sure how to submit.
