As with all re-chargeable things, the time comes when it's cheaper to re-buy than to even enquire about replacement batteries!This is Remington Trimmer #2 for me therefore - and they're excellent.So pleased to find this on Ebay-Argos [not available in the catalogue now].• Good solid feel to the trimmer.• Trim-guides are well made.• Easy to trim beard down very evenly to stubble.• Easy to clean.• "Top-up" charges quickly - no need to run it down before re-charging.• In the early days, BE VERY CAREFUL not to 'nick' your lip when trimming moustache area. Easy enough to get the hang of how to do it safely, though - but you've been gently warned!Superb price : superb item.

This is the first beard trimmer that I have brought which I did after some research of reviews for all makes of trimmer and I must admit that I am very pleased with it. The trimmer is accompanied by a brief but understandable instruction manual and the main advantage I found was the multi length facility which enabled me to try longer length settings before deciding on the one I liked best. The trimming of my beard was smooth without any pulling and the shaver appeared quite robust but light and easy to use. As said, I do not have any experience of other trimmers but this one is more than adequate in my role as a first time user.

Had mine about six years or more now, easy to use. Holds its charge really well and has perfect cutting depths. The adjustable attachment looks flimsy but it’s not, mine is still fine. The blade has stayed sharp and has never let me down. The flick out trimming cutter is ok but not as effective as the main cutter.

Really pleased with this trimmer; not flimsy like some; position wheel saves having to swap numerous guards; pop up trimmer for control under nose; stubble comb which I've not used yet but will come in useful when I take it very short; light; cordless :-) all good.

Really pleased with this easy to use Beard Trimmer. Very easy to use and being able to trim both beard and moustache so quickly is definitely a bonus. Would recommend to anyone who wants to save money and trim their beard/moustache at home.

Had one of these for quite a number of years and was very happy with it but eventually it wore out.Was so pleased that this model was still available and did not hesitate ordering a new one.Very quiet and easy to use. Love it!

You won't find a better beard trimmer than this one, easy to keep clean and really powers through your whiskers so you don't have to go over same spot twice. I'm worried for when they stop making these, that's how good they are.

Excellent product.... As the Dulux saying goes " It does what it says on the tin "......Having bought one ,,,I went back and bought another in case one happened to break down......I wouldn;t want to be without it

Definitely does the job. I’ve seen people give bad reviews because it has a 2 pin charging socket, however, you can plug it into the shaver / toothbrush outlet in your bathroom without needing to buy an adaptor.

I have had remington trimmer before I used it for very long time but this one is much better thanthere previous models. it's light weight very smooth to run and best of all you don't need to chargevery often.

Very well designed trimmer for my newly acquired facial hair. Doddle to use and the battery is lasting a long time too. It's a pleasure to have and worth growing a beard just to use it, nice.

Not a bad shaver theres something about the adjustable length piece that I don't like i feel like it does not cut with the same precision as other shavers. But overall its not bad.

I use this great shaver at a low cut on my beard as I'm going grey and it looks more stylish cutting my beard at the same length. I'm well pleased with this Shaver.

This beard trimmer is the best on the market in mine and my hubby's opinion. The old model was also excellent - this new and improved version is perfect
