The trimmer does feel a bit cheap,due to the plastic feel. Removing the attachments is not that easy and you have to almost pull it off. It fits quite easily in the hand. It is not suitable for the stubble look, as it trims a minimum of 3mm with the attachment. The trimmer works well plugged in and there is more power. The trimmer does get a bit hot after some use,but cools down quite quickly. One thing that was quite annoying with this trimmer was that the red light that turns on when charging does not turn off or change colour to indicate a fully charged battery. The light just stays red and so its hard to tell when the trimmer is fully charged.Overall it is quite good for the price and it trims facial hair alright.

It's alright. The trimmer does what it's supposed to. You do feel at times like it's pulling your hair off your skin, making it feel rather weird and at times a tiny bit painful, never really experienced that with other trimmers.The extra stuff that you get are pretty pointless unless you're trimming your own hair from your head. Havent found a use for them as it's literally for trimming your head hair. Battery is good too. Nose trimmer doesn't hurt when using it. You do smell a rather weird burning smell so it's rather weird and at times you'll get a headache but it's ok.But for £17? No. Acts like a £13 trimmer. Might as well go out and get a £32 one in my opinion.

The reason you go to a hairdresser / barber is because cutting your own hair while looking in mirrors is not easy ! The secret is don't go mad first go, take just a little bit off at a time until you start getting the hang of it. The Babyliss Trimmer 7056 is a well-made, lightweight unit which can cut a variety of lengths of hair and with a bit of practice, trim and style as well.The instructions are clear and there are plenty of DIY haircutting videoclips and instructions on the internetAccept that you're never going to be the new Vidal Sassoon and you'll (probably) be pleasantly surprised with your new inexpensive haircut !Jez

Too many peripheral attachments that I don't need, but that's not an issue. If YOU need them - they are there for you !!The unit worked immediately "out of the Box." It was adequately (if not fully) charged.The main Trimmer is set at a height that will slice through the most lengthy of cheek and chin stubble, to make your later Wet Shave considerably easier than it might otherwise have been.Great care and a light touch are recommended if you're trimming or thinning a Moustache - unless you want to lose it altogether.Overall - good solid construction - very efficient - withstands occasional clumsiness (i.e. dropping it)

This kit contains nearly everything that you need. This kit does include a foil shaver head which "will do" in an emergency but you wouldn't want to use it on a day to day basis (it is quite small).It is easy to charge (with the included dock) and the battery lasts a long time. My only complaint is the trimmer attachments do not trim closely enough, but you can finish that off with the included foil shaver attachment. Build quality is a little on the cheap side but that is to be expected at this price point.Overall I think it is worth the money given the accessories that are supplied with the unit.

I gave this product a 4 star rating as it's a very versatile product & works just as well as more expensive ones, also you can take it with you when you travel making keeping yourself close/freshly shaved/groomed a doddle!All the attachments are well produced & work well & keeping the cutting edges in tip top working order is easy & not time consuming, the only part I don't really rate is the flimsy parts holder, but it does its job.I'd recommend this product to anyone who wants a good cordless rechargeable grooming kit & does not want to spend a fortune.

Needed a clipper for moustache, nose and ear hair - had small clipper for each but both failed at same time. This looked the ideal replacement for both. Once you worked out which head to use for which job, it was easy and pain- free. Heads easily changed and cleaned. Good power in blades and excellent overall finish to the cutting jobs. Now considering using it to do the head hair overall. A good buy.

Bought first for eldest son who is disabled with learning disabilities. It’s the easiest hair trim we’ve had to do. Been using it for several months.Bought this latest one for youngest son. Good ease of use and worked well on his own son.Whilst Covid kept us in as vulnerable people, we didn’t miss the barbers as these saved us pounds for excellent results. Buy one and try it.

I bought this on the recommendation from my son, he bought one about a year ago and it has never let him down. Easy to use, easy to charge and easy to clean. The kit has enough interchangeable cutting guards and heads to do what most people would need it to do. As an ex hairdresser i highly recommended this for basic home hair/beard maintenance. Great price too.

I bought this product a few years back and it still works perfectly for me. I put it on charge for an hour before I want to use it and it's good to go. I usually use it to trim my beard, but in lockdown I also used it to cut my hair and it did that perfectly too, confirming that even after a few years, the blades are still sharp.

Arrived a lot faster than I thought!Good quality product despite some reviews! The head on the main shaver is a little smaller than I thought it would be however it is easy to use and comes with lots of attachments that are easy to change.Although this is a cheap product it is well worth the money and the stand is very useful.

I read the other reviews and almost did not buy this.I waited 2 weeks to see if it broke - it did notIt works, it does what it claims, shaver is good, battery life is fine, lots of add on bits that all workYes its not a shiny metal gadget, but come on, it is only £18.it is good value for money and it all works..
