Certainly very sharp, maybe a little narrow for my liking but the biggest issue is that the handle is hollow and not properly sealed so after being washed I've tipped it up to do some grating on a couple of occasions to be greeted by a cascade of water running out of the handle and down the blade.

It is a present for my daughter but the friend who recommended it to me says it's brilliant. I have ordered another for a present which as yet has not arrived.

Sharp, works well though only used once so farprotects fingers from grating too, always handy! much better than cheap stainless ones have used in past

Looks good but as it was given as a gift, never actually used it but recipient seems very happy with it!
