saw rachel ray using this for garlic and had to have it. I have every other microplane on the market but this one and hate to chop garlic. this makes quick work of it. But be careful, it's very sharp.

We wanted a ribbon grater for garlic and this is it. It is substantial and it is sharp. Use care as it is for grating small items. Does a terrific job.
