This is a large grater and can be hung from the handle or left upright. the inside will take a lot of cheese or carrots which will not have to be constantly removed before grating more. The actual graters, I am less pleased with. The ones I use almost exclusively are the small one on the side and the large one on the front. The others are therefore pretty useless. It would nice nice to have more SIZES of the grating at the front and the side instead of a lousy 'mandolin' slicer and that strange sharp wart like grater. The side gratering size is really tiny and the front one is a bit on the large side. Why not have just the graters that I actually use in a box grater on all four sides but in more sizes?

Superb grater, bought this having struggled for months with a cheap flat grater that want for for purpose. What a difference with this bit of kit, The rubber base holds the greater firmly in place while in use, and you have 4 different sets of blades enabling you to thinly slice, zest and coarsely or finely grate have used it for cheese, garlic, ginger lemons and limes so far and am well impressed. I chuck it in the dishwasher after use and it comes out looking like new ready for iya next use. One word of warning though the blades are VERY VERY sharp as I found out when zesting a lime recently and zested my knuckle on my finger - OUCH!

Good proper grater, as with many I've used in recent years I find the teeth of the main grater to open, resulting in very big grates (good for some dishes, but uses a block of cheese very quickly) however the smaller grate on one side sits my needs for cheese grating perfectly.I can see the rubber foot could (and probably will) come away early in yo its life, but that won't stop.the actual grater from functioning well.I read a review from someone complaining that it was sharp. I don't know what to say to that, it's supposed to be sharp, it wouldn't work otherwise.

Good bit of kit.Only negative is that it catches water in the bottom so if your lazy (like me) and use a dishwasher to clean it then you'll have to remember to take it out and turn it upside down to drain the other way. Alternatively forget and take it out the dishwasher and you'll look like you need to use some Tenna's.

Really chunky feeling grater. Has a rubber base so that it doesn't slip when grating and rubber handle to hold onto. It goes in the dishwasher so is easy to clean. I used to hate grating things as it seemed to take ages but everything just flies through this in no time. Just watch your fingers!

This is a serious and quite tall piece of kit that is well made and grates brilliantly. My only warning would be to treat it with some respect as it will take sizeable gouges out of your hands and fingers with the same remarkable ease with which it handles carrot, turnip, parsnip, cheese etc.

After fewish graters that got covered with the rust, I bought a bit more expensive one and that was the best move. I constantly wash it in the dishwasher and it does not have a spot of rust! I was very suprised and I can recommend it to everyone. It is also sharp and easy to use.

Fast delivery and well packaged. The grater has a rubber base which helps to keep it sturdy when in use and the handle has a good grip. Basically, works just like a grater should, therefore watch the knuckles as it's pretty sharp! No negatives, a five star from me.

Great. Very sharp and solid. I have no problems putting my weight on it to keep it steady and it is a much easier and safer job because it is so sharp that I don't need to go to fast or push to hard and I have more control of my movements.

I brought this about two and a half years ago. I don't know the average life span of said devices, though about a month ago the plastic on the bottom has broken off & the metal there is rusting. It was good while it lasted... F.

A good grater with different sized holes on each side. The bottom is rubber-ended for a good grip and just happens to fit well in my bowls, so the cheese falls straight in, without the grater sliding all over the place.

This is a solid grater for the price. It's sturdy and the rubber base keeps it from sliding around. After 9 months use it's remained sharp enough to grate all my finger tips off after slipping while washing it!

It does what it should but I only gave it 4 stars because cleaning is difficult - washing up brush bristles get stuck in the holes. Its also a little large but it is easy to use and seems robust.

Brought this home from university and my mum started using it instead of her own cheesegrater. Nice and big, perfect for when you're planning to eat a whole block of cheddar in one go.

A grater I can get my hands inside of to clean properly. That alone must be worth the purchase but in case it isn't this grater handles all the jobs you would expect with ease.
