I can only assume the bad reviews are from heavy handed people who are not using this product for its designated purpose. I have used it many, many times with superb results and no breakage. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who knows how to use kitchen utensils.

I am so pleased with this grater use it for Parmesan and it’s excellent, not the cheapest but will last ages definitely recommend this.
