Did a nail design and decided I wanted it to be matte. Top coats are used to protect and speed up the drying process, this does exactly that! I was worried with it being a matte formula that there would be an extremely long drying period, but there wasn't. My nails dried very quickly and had little to no dents.I was also concerned about colour bleeding which also didn't occur. I will say though, apply a think amount and go over the design in as little strokes as you can, this prevents the colour underneath being picked up onto the brush.Overall the formula isn't too thick to work with and this design stayed on my nails and didn't chip at all! Very very happy

Color Show is an easy to apply nail varnish with a quick drying time. Its shiny, translucent finish is gorgeous to look at even with one coat, though if you are feeling in the mood for a bolder shade, three coats gives a lovely depth of colour. It doesn't chip easily under daily wear, which is a plus, and once you wish to remove it, it will come off without too much effort with nail varnish remover.The only downside I found was that if you do happen to have blemishes on your nails, the translucent nature of the nail varnish means they will not be hidden easily. I only applied up to three coats as a test, and even that did not obscure blemishes.

Lovely colour. I found the polish a bit thin. I use a lot of maybelline products but have never used there nail varnish before, I expected a bit more quality but I guess for the price I shouldn’t complain.The first coat was indeed touch dry with in 60 seconds however it was streaky and very transparent, three coats were required in order to achieve a nice finish which means a longer drying time overall. But as long as you have patience and are happy to apply three coats then with in approximately 20 minutes you can have good results. I Only applied it this morning so not sure how long it will last before chipping, but so far so good.

This came very quickly & I used straight away. After reading some reviews I used a base coat first then applied this polish then a top coat. (Just cheap base & top coat from Wilkos!) I’ve spent all day changing beds, mopping, hoovering, changing over washing machine, dishwasher & tumble dryer. I have also cleaned all our wellies & pulled half my hair out homeschooling- all with no gloves! The picture was taken after all of this. I have one tiny chip on the corner of a nail where I fixed one of my sons toys but that’s it! I’m only a day in but they’ve really been put to the test today & still going strong so a big thumbs up from me!!

If you haven't read the details, you might be misled by the picture above because it doesn't show that this varnish is translucent. In real life you can clearly see the brush inside the bottle. One coat of number 457 gives a clear apricot shade. Further coats deepen it a little, but you won't get the deep orange hinted at by the picture. I found that it applied quite easily, unlike other customers did. I only had to wipe the brush once to achieve one smooth coat on each nail. I quite like the translucent look, but if you want or need an opaque colour then this isn't the one for you.

Been a while since I have used regular nail polish (work as a nail tech so mostly use gel polish now). Polish dries quickly, has good coverage - 1 coat was enough. Lovely colour the rose is very subtle, glitter elements are nice, I like that they are varying sizes. I didnt use a base coat with this and it wasnt too difficult to remove but I would in future. I did apply a top coat (I used 1 coat of Sally Hansons Nail Growth Miracle) as the glitter was quite textured but easlily got 5 days of wear without reapplying the top coat. Am looking at buying more in this range.

Best nail varnish I ever had... normally nail varnish chips off in a day with me but this stays on. I never seem to be able to paint my nails without smudging it before it dries, but this dries quickly, very quickly and although it feels a little rough compared to the gel, it doesn't chip.When it eventually starts wearing off, just paint over the top again... seriously you can just keep re-applying it over the top during the week.If you like nice nails with minimum effort and you cba to sit in a nail bar - this is the one!Bought lots of colours now :)

The sparkle effect this rose gold nail varnish is really attractive. It’s not over glittery so as to look childish, but instead looks very pretty and elegant. It went on very well and dried quickly. I would, as with most glitter nail varnish, suggest you use a base coat and clear topcoat - Base will make it easier to take off and the clear topcoat just smooths out the slight roughness that you always get with these glitter vanishes. I’m quite tempted now to buy the other colours of this varnish.

I am terribly lazy when it comes to my nails.. definitely the tear them off rather than reach for a nail file type.. Lockdown boredom led me to think I could spare 10 seconds to daub a coat on my toe nails though (living in flip flops and my toe nails are even worse than my finger nails..) This stuff is fab. One coat, genuinely dried quickly and whilst they definitely feel textured (I think another review said gritty) the end effect for pretty much zero effort was perfect for me!

honestly i love this little grey colour. the consistency is everything you want in a nail varnish- thick enough to not need more than two coats (at most!!) but not gloopy and unusable. it is a gorgeous smoky grey, and has a lovely natural matte finish. please, if your still reading and you’re currently swithering about this color, just go for it. it’s honestly one of the best nail varnishes i’ve tried in a very long time. well? what are you waiting for!

Lovely translucent orange polish that looks delicate if you apply a single layer, but you can also build up the depth of colour with more layers. This makes the polish very versatile. It goes on smoothly, although I find it is best with a transparent base layer underneath to smooth out any imperfections in nails, as my nails are a bit ridged now due to age! It is fairly quick drying too, so a very useful addition to the range of polishes.

I bought this nail polish as I've bought a few different maybelline nail polish recently and found it last longer than others I've tried,I thought this would be a really nice colour for summer and it is looks so good on very nice colour didn't want a pink colour that was to pale or to dark and this is just right, you can put glitter over the top to make it more sparkly which I've done and it looks nice to would definitely recommend

Have been using this product for a few years and it’s the best silver glitter on the market.It looks great over a black or white nail varnish and ensure you coat it with a shiny top coat as it can remain a little dull otherwise. I use Sally Hansens Mega Shine which really brings the sparkles out!!This glitter is great and I would fully recommend as you can see from the pics it really looks great!!

I've been looking for a jet black, shiny nail polish for some time, and have been disappointed at how difficult it has been to find one that didn't crack after a couple of hours. This polish is the best! So rich in pigment and lasts for several days before the cracks start to show. It makes my nails look shiny, healthy and professionally done. Will definitely be ordering more colours.

What a beautiful colour! I like red, but it doesn't suit my skin tone, yet this is very attractive. To be precise, this is a very dark coral.True coral is neither red, nor brown, or orange and yet it's all of those colours! I'm not one for repeating my choice of nail varnish, but this will definitely be a repeat buy! THANKS MAYBEĹLINE. Oh! And, don't firget the .Seche Vite topcoat!
