The kids had lots of fun building it, Star Wars Lego is the craze for them these days. It was a bit easy for them but meant they could do it without adult help (always a winner). Star Wars Lego always seems a bit expensive for what it is, but I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. The only complaint was that there's no place for R2 to stand on the back.

OK, so this is the sort of star wars set that lego should be making:* Classic film* Three classic figures (R2-D2, Luke, Imperial stormtrooper)* Awesome classic x-wing.* The little battle station looks cool tooMUCH better than the dross in the 2018 advent calendar.My 5 year-old loves it. I might have a little play too, just to check it out.

My boy is 5 and having bought him other lego sets in the past which were too challenging for him went for this option with it being 4+.He loves star wars and can relate to the figures and x wing in the set. He opened the box and was able to build ths set with little to no help from Dad which was also brilliant.Happy boy!

My 6 year old nephew loved this. He was very excited that there was a smaller X wing he could play with easily. (I have the bigger version and he knocks bits off as its "whooshing" around). He built it up quickly and had great fun with it for hours. Having Luke and R2-D2 included also met with his approval!

We are big children and we got it for collection. But comparing to old legos, this are huge pieces therefore are way less pieces. You hardly spend time building it, which I think is taking away all the fun of lego and it hardly allows to create something new with the pieces you get. Still, totally worthy!

I was a bit concerned buying as the 4+ seemed a bit too easy for a bright boy that can cope with complexity but without reason, it's great.A perfect model to play with and robust for hours of fun without the distress or losing pieces. I think that a young starwars fan always wants Luke's X wing

What can I say. Its Lego. My son loves it but as with all Lego products, there are stray bits all around the house, to be trampled underfoot. I personally love helping the kids build the Lego but do not enjoy the pain of walking over various blocks that always seem to blend in with the carpets.

A perfect Lego kit ideal for my 4 and a half year old who loved every second of building it and has loved every second he’s had it to play with. My only gripe is that the x wing itself doesn’t have the R2 unit dock at the back like in the film, otherwise it’s perfect.

The low price was the major factor, was also able to get the TIE Fighter and A-Wing too.You get a lot for the money, the X-Wing fighter, an Imperial gun turret with a walkway as well as a Stormtrooper, R2D2 and Luke Skywalker minifigures.

My son aged 4 built this with the help of his big sis aged 7. He loved the process and final outcome and thankfully it’s remained intact. Of course now he wants all the other Star Wars sets. In time son, in time.

Love Lego easy to follow instructions for kids. They have great fun building it. Plenty of choice. They never get bored when they have their Lego out. Keeps them amused for hours. Stimulates the imagination.

Brought for 5 year old Grandson as he is mad keen on Star Wars. You can’t really go wrong with Lego as it gives hours of imaginative play and is so well made.

My 5 year old loved this and was pretty much able to assemble it himself. It’s lasted too so durable as well. Recommend for kids who love Star Wars.
