This set represents a scene from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, it features four minifigures: Harry Potter, Sirius Black, and two evil Dementors complete with hooded cloaks, there are also two trees included as scenery, with one that can shoot a Patronus spell disc, and of course there's the final Patronus spell in the form of a stag that appears in the film, featured here in a sparkling translucent blue colour. Set 75945 has 121 pieces, making it the smallest of the 2019 boxed Lego Harry Potter, and it might seem a little expensive at £19.99, but as with other sets in the series, many of the minifigures or accessories can be used in combination with other Lego Wizarding World releases, for example; anyone that has the Hogwarts Express set number 75955, will now have an additional two Dementors, or anyone that has Aragog's Lair set number 75950, will now have an additional two trees to expand the forbidden forest. Overall, another nice little set for fans or collectors, and worth picking up, even if it's only for the lovely Patronus stag model.

So, tiny kit and not really what I would normally go for. However, having completed the larger Wizarding World builds I decided I might as well go for completion so picked this kit up.This is worth it for the mini figures alone. I love the Lego representation of the Dementors and this kit comes with two of the beauties. The stag Patronus of Harry's is actually pretty neat but more or less premoulded which at least means it stands up okay. That is a problem I have with the minifigures when they don't have a base plate to stand on but I'll figure it out. Also comes with a Harry Potter and a Sirius Black figure. As you would expect from such a low number of pieces the build is really quick but the trees are nicely detailed and do add to the look.Pretty please with how it looks and the way in which it can be separated out and used to enahnce an existing Harry Potter display.Number Of Pieces: 121Approximate Price Per Piece: £0.17Build Time: 0.5 Hours

This Harry Potter scene was a very important one in Prisoner of Azkaban, my favorite film. Finally a Sirius Black figure that looks awesome appears in a set. Harry and Two dementors appear in the set, which is god if you want to build a Dementor army. My favorite part of the set is the stag. I love deer, and this one is a "fine addition to my collection." The transparent blue body with sparkling element really gives you the magic used to create this patronas. The stag's antlers are made of rubber, which was an unexpected aspect of the set. The setting has two trees, which look good, but not really from the back. I'd suggest keeping the back of the set to a wall.If you are an avid collector of special pieces or just a Harry Potter fan, this set is a must. The only problem, though, is that it is 20 bucks (forgive the pun) for 121 pieces, so not the best Price per Part ratio, but I don't care about that because the Stag was an expensive piece to manufacture.

This was a fun, quick build! With the last wave of Harry Potter Lego representing movies 1 and 2, this is a simple yet appropriate set for Prisoner of Azkaban. I like the stag patronus piece, and I like that Harry’s shorter legs are able to move just as the full-size legs do. My only qualm is piece 4262978 (the three-pointed grey propeller piece). There is a small notch to indicate which way it connects to the other piece, which I didn’t notice until after, and I ended up having to take my two trees apart because they were crooked. I would have preferred more specifications about which way to put this piece, but no biggie! This set is a nice nod to movie three, and it is small enough that it can nestle closely to the Hogwarts castle sets without taking up too much extra space! Also, I would definitely consider ordering from this website again, because it was delivered very quickly!

Buying the set alone just for the stag patronus, sirius black minifigure and the dementors are worth it! Looks great and as close to the original movie scene as possible. The trees depict how sad and cold the environment is when dementors are around. The new design of the dementors are great! Would be even better if they included more dementors. Planning to buy another set just to add more trees and dementors to set the scene. One negative: did not like the patronus spell shooting out of the tree. Luckily it is easily removable. Would have been better if they had another harry potter minifig casting the patronus.

A fun Potter and his magic mates set for children who have nimble fingers, willing parents and not with small siblings in the choke hazard age group. Some pieces are really tiny - not for babies!Colourful set, somewhat too expensive for what it is and the fact that Potterism has passed its golden days. These are specially moulded, so whilst all Lego bricks will clip together, there are no normal bricks the same colour. This is more a build and display set with some play value, not a lot as if it breaks, a real pain to keep the bits for reassemble and Vacuum cleaners don't help.

What you're getting here is four mini figures and a couple of special pieces that allow you to cast a spell... plus tree pieces. The stag is rather a lovely piece, but for me, even the die hard Potter fan is only going to actively play with this set a few times - and then it is art, on the shelf. The movie related Lego sets are always more expensive and of course kids love them. As ever the quality is good, I think most 7+ yr olds will be able to manage the build (our 10 year old whizzed through as you would expect) and yes they are not cheap!

My little boys love Lego, and being introduced to Harry Potter means I now get to read them the books as bedtime stories - we are about halfway through The Philosopher's Stone, and they are entranced. Of course, being Lego it means Harry Potter has some decidedly un-magical adventured at their hands, having recently joined The Avengers and become a fireman. Not quite what Rowling had in mind perhaps. As usual, it goes without saying the quality is excellent. The toys are complete, no missing parts, and everything fits together perfectly.

Positives:The technique used on the trees turned out really well as they look amazing. I absolutely love the Sirius minifigures along with the Patronus. I also think it was a good decision to put two dementors in the set. (obviously we couldn't have all of them).Negatives: However, I think the set was a little bit overpriced considering it was really just 4 minifigures, the stag and two trees. The lake could have been bigger and/or Hermione and the werewolf could have been added as they were present.

I love this set and it is a great addition to my Harry Potter Lego collection. I was most excited about the stag patronus piece and was Little disappointed that the the antlers are a matte translucent rubber and not clear and sparkly like the rest of the stag. I understand that this was done with safety in mind but the rubber doesn't really match the clear sparkly Lego stag. Other than that and the flat backed trees Lego did a great job on this set including having four minifigs.

Absolutely love this set, it's one of my fave scenes from all of the films. Getting 4 mini figures is fab, and so happy to finally have Sirius but the downside is that the patronus is all prebuilt except for a double brick that you put on its back. I know it wouldn't have been easy to make out of Lego bricks but it does feel like a cop out that its just a cast bit of plastic, nothing to make it Lego.

LEGO 75945 Harry Potter Expecto Patronum Set with 4 Minifigures and Patronus Stag figure is another good quality playset from LEGO. I found each item in the set very well designed and the figures clearly are made to look like the Harry Potter stars. This is a good addition to other LEGO sets, especially for those children who love Harry Potter and LEGO in equal measure.Happy to recommend.

An entertaining, small set ideal for the Harry Potter fan. The two Dementor figures are quite entertaining interpretations.Fairly easy to assemble but quite a few very small parts. A couple of the diagrams in the instructions weren't too clear, so took a little bit of experimentation to get correct. However, still as entertaining as Lego normally is.

I love that this set includes a mini fig of Sirius, as he is not typically seen in the Harry Potter sets. The Dementors stand on their own which is nice. I absolutely LOVE the stag patronus, it is so pretty and glittery. Other than those things, the trees are pretty ordinary. I put this set together quickly but I'm still glad I bought it.
