When the LEGO friends first changed their look, I felt angry, confused, betrayed, and terrified. I still had mixed emotions until about a month ago. That’s when I was on LEGO.com and found Jungle Rescue Base. I searched it up on their website so many times that when I type up ‘jungle’ it suggests ‘rescue’ and then ‘base’. We ordered it a day late (the bad side of having a dead phone). While waiting for it, I barely slept. I turned down ice cream. I talked about it nonstop. Everything reminded me of it. This set has lots of amazing animals but elephants and sloths don’t live in the same jungle (unless at the zoo). The turtle is a sea turtle which lives in the ocean and not a jungle. The spider only has 6 eyes when spiders are supposed to have 8 eyes. This set is not very scientifically accurate but comes with many rare and amazing animals. There is no need for holes in the animals heads because wild animals wouldn’t wear bows in their heads (unless maybe at a petting zoo). However butterflies might land on animals heads from time to time, but sadly there are no butterflies included in this set, nor bows. There are more holes in characters heads then there is stuff to put in the holes.

This set is so cool and I love all of the beautiful animals! I’ve only seen one other review on here (read it you have not. It’s by Adventurej) and it was…I have many unspeakable words for it. First of all: I was shocked that you had to point out that sloths, sea turtles and elephants don’t live in the same area. This is not LEGO Architecture!! It’s LEGO friends, AKA, the KID’S LEGO sets that’s message is that imagination is great! Heartlake city is impossible. What kind of city has beaches AND jungles (actually, adventurej, I bet you could name one!!)? I love heartlake for its imagination. Second of all: You hate that the animals have holes in their heads??? That’s just nitpicking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing set from legal. I know that a lot of it is in towards girls and my daughter loves playing with her set! This was a birthday gift and my daughter has loved playing with this every day. This took a while to put together, but that’s an overall part of the fun. This is a really adorable set. I love the details on the animals and this was a huge hit with my nine-year-old. This is one of the first sets which has stood the test of time after we were done building and I don’t think a single part has been broken simply because of the care of my daughter is giving the site to ensure it doesn’t break. Great job Lego!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 year old daughter loves animals and was so excited when she got this Lego set. There are a ton of animals and they are all adorable! The tree house is very detailed (even including a bathroom which she thought was hilarious!) Her favorite parts are the vet area with the many different tools and the slide! She is fairly new to building so I had to help her some. Overall it too us a few hours to put together and I would rate it moderately difficult. We have had so much fun playing with this set and it is a great addition to her Lego Friends sets.

This was one of the best playsets I have bought the instructions are set out so well with the steps in the book matching the numbers on the bags so your not frantically trying to find the pieces the instructions also are very clear and my little girl had not problems following them step by step the playset it self when fully built is amazing and so strong it has so many little hidden treasures and details like a toliet with doors closing it off ,a drone and little draws that hold little objects

Chosen by my son for his twin sister. Friends lego set to add to a growing collection. Product packaged as expected from lego sturdy colourful box, clear instruction Manuel with a more substantial outer cover than previous products. Build entirely by my daughter in approximately 2 hours. Described as an “enjoyable and fun build”.Product quality as expected with a mixture of large and small blocks and individual pieces. Possibly a little over priced compared to previous products purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 year old built this jungle set like a champ. This one was the biggest she has built so far, but it was challenging enough to make her want to go bigger next time. She spent about 3-4 hours spread out through a few building sessions. The instructions guided her great. The whole scenery of the set was really cool, has LEGO friends and even fun animals. She has played with it since building it and also displays it on the shelf.

We did not make a mistake with this set. This set is huge, lots of little animals and figures.My 3 daughters all different ages had lots of fun making this together and are carrying on the fun playing with it once its built. It comes with two sloths, two elephants and a turtle that they can treat in the vet treehouse. We are currently looking for the rest of the collection to complete our set.Beautiful colours and like all lego, it's very well made and put together

All the little animals sloths, elephants, spiders, and the 4 wheeler and the girls that go with this. My daughter is 9 and it took her 2 ish hours to do maybe a little longer. She loved it this was her first big LEGO set and lets say it didn’t disappoint. She plays with it all the time. Very detailed super cool I absolutely recommend this LEGO set.

All the parts is easy to put together. Even my daughter can figure it out.The animal is pretty and cute! We will definitely buy this other collection so we can have the whole Friends jungle series!

When i show it to ky daughter she really like the jungle style of lego.The characters and animals are so cute.And its not hard to do it.And the intructions is easy to follow and you can also do it by phone cause theres a code.Qnd what i like about it my daughter explore a lot by assemble the lego.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this is so sweet! Olivia, Mia and Andrea are on a mission to save the rainforest and this is their Jungle Rescue Base. It's fully equipped with an ATV, lookout tower, first aid station and drone. It's also solar powered and the animals have a slide to play on. The mommy and baby elephant are adorable - we love it!

My girls were really excited by how big the box was and couldn't wait to re-enact the scenarios displayed on the back. When opened there was 5 large bags of lego pieces and 2 instruction manuals. It took several hours to build and there is loads of different cool details and characters. My girls favourites were the different animals, the lookout post and the toilet.
